I had gone to the Ford website & used the build your car option. I printed it off & took it with me. Terry tried as hard as possible but could not locate the requested vehicle. We decided to order a car option. I printed it off & took it with me. Terry tried as hard as possible but could not locate the requested vehicle. We decided to order a 2012 model with my requested options. Unfortunately, the color I wanted was no longer available so I chose another one. A week later I was in an accident which totaled my car. I returned to the dealer & Terry had a car with my requested options plus some other features. Since the vehicle had all I wanted plus, I got it. Terry went out of his way to meet my requests and I am very pleased with my new car (all two days I have had it). More

We had an appointment for 12:30 w/Sergey to view a 2006 Ford Explorer they had on their lot. We were helped as soon as we got there, and went to look at the SUV. When we got back we were able to quickly negotiate our terms w/o any haggling. Everyone was very polite and friendly. We had a bit of a wait for the finance manager to get to us, but they were busy. We had our 18 month old who hadn't napped with us so it was a bit hectic, but everyone was very understanding. This vehicle is the 4th we have purchased from one Bommarito dealership or another. I don't really know why we ever try anywhere else in the St. Louis area. Bommarito customer service is always great, and they are always as accommodating as they can be with the price. If you are going new I would say definately go to Bommarito, and if you are going used at least check them out first. More
