Very happy with the service that was provided. I was a little disappointed that the regular finance guy was not there and the fill in guy from next door did not relay our conversation and therefore the fi little disappointed that the regular finance guy was not there and the fill in guy from next door did not relay our conversation and therefore the finance guy did not get back to me when promised nor did the sales tax for car get included in the total loan which left a big chunck of change for me to come up with at the last minute. Not to mention the percent for the finance was higher than originally agreed upon. BUT as far as the sales man, I couldn't have ask for better. Tom was very helpful and honest. More

I went to Bommarito Ford to look for used Ford Rangers and possibly used Ford Mustangs. Tom Masterson came out and greeted me and my dad and brother and showed me what was in their lot. He never tried to sway me into buying a vehicle that I did not want and was never too pushy. He took us to their back lot where he showed me my future vehicle, which was a 2009 Ford Ranger XLT with low miles and in very good condition set at a very reasonable price. Tom, along with Bommarito, gave me a great deal on a used Ranger. It was exactly what I was looking for. The buying process was quick, and the atmosphere inside their show room was very hospitable.
