Playing Dumb for Cash One expects a higher level of service, knowledge and experience at a dealership along with unmatched professionalism. No work completed whatsoever and a nice, big charge. If it wasn't for warranty service and oil changes I'm not sure how a dealership like this could manage to turn a profit when they're trying to take customers money for nothing in return. It's one of the only businesses that expect payment when they were unsuccessful in the job. It's sickening and why people turn to craigslist mechanics before the dealer. If they only knew the amount of lost work due to this disregard for customers satisfaction. Do yourself a favor, SHOP AROUND to other mechanics than dealerships. Just because they have a fancy sign and a lot full of new cars doesn't mean they're honest. This dealer advisers specifically will play the dumb card and NOT ADVISE you on anything so they can get that bill up, charge you for services not performed then play stupid when it's time to argue the invoice. These ADVISERS are administrators to fill out paperwork and get payment and nothing more. They're not advisers in the sense they're advertising because they know nothing about cars but they sure can write an invoice. A warm body to greet people is probably the most fitting description. You should be very specific about what you want done anywhere and refuse to pay a dime for any service not provided under the agreement. I'd recommend another place than here, or if you must, keep it to oil changes when coupons arrive in the mail. Otherwise you may not be getting what you are asking for. Dealers are not very transparent and this place is no exception. I'm disgusted by the service I received and should have made more of an argument than I did. Instead, I'll just keep posting reviews everywhere so people can perhaps learn from my mistake. More
