I definitely did not experience that or anything close to it with Chad Knippa & Bolton Ford. They were straight up with me in what they could do and what their offer was. I told my wife, "this was the first time I've left a dealership and haven't felt like I needed a vacation afterwards!" Chad Knippa made sure I knew everything about the truck I was buying and took me around & showed me the updated service department and what they have to offer. This was the first time I had a salesman that actually took the time to make sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the vehicle I was buying and what Bolton Ford had to offer after the sale.
