Although the prices of these trucks are quite intimidating, Chad reassured from the start on how these trucks sell themselves. The price increases due to the luxury and features incorporated in them. Whatever features are not beneficial, he was positive to find us the exact fit. When I asked questions, Chad had the right answers. I could tell immediately his knowledge came deeper than career training. He had detailed information specific to year, make, and model of vehicles in comparison to not only Ford products, along with personal experiences and statistics. Going the extra mile I am from South Africa and this is the first time I have purchased a vehicle in the US. I had absolutely no idea what the process entailed. When I arrived at Bolton, Colby introduced himself and made every effort to find the vehicle I was after, as well as making all effort to furnish me with a good deal. Fortunately he found the exact vehicle I was after and proceeded to fulfill all purchasing requirements in a timely manner, which ultimately put me in the vehicle very quickly. This was tremendous, as I was on a deadline for purchasing a vehicle and needed to return my rental. Colby and Bolton made it happen! Colby took great interest and kept me up to speed throughout the entire process, even going as far as collecting me from the Avis rental location with fresh Starbucks on arrival.
