PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS PLACE! THEY'RE HORRIBLE PEOPLE PRAYING ON BLACK, SINGLE MOTHERS! I wouldn't give them not even 1 star! Its sickening and sad that the service manager would openly LIE TO a customer about a vehicle that has giving me trouble since 3 weeks after I brought it! I took it in after having to wait 3 weeks for an appointment and having to find a ride to work every day. I took it in this morning with the "check engine" light on and the left driver side wheel was pointing outward. I also elaborated about how when I would start the vehicle up, there was a big ball of smoke that would come from the tail pipe. I also have proof of something being wrong with the "emissions system" that I spoke about. Before I went to pick up my car, I sat there and looked up my car warranty. It stated that the parts in which needed to be replaced for the "low oil pressure" light and the "emissions system" would be covered by the warranty. I then looked at the codes on the screen and it was stating that my car "had no issues" which couldn't be correct because he had just told me what was wrong with the "Oil Pressure low". So I questioned about how my vehicle "check engine" light could be on and when they put the machine on it, nothing popped up? Once I got there, he retracted his statement and said he didn't know if his guy put my car on the machine? I then asked what I was paying for? I was charged this amount of money and these people didn't even make sure their guy put my vehicle on the machine to check for everything? When I asked to retrieve my car, my car came out with both of my front end tires now being bottom outward. My car had been tampered with in some kind of way and I instead of being truthful this man choose to lie in my face. I plan on taking this as far as I can legally to make sure I get justice and to be sure that no one else is taken advantage of by this place. It was the service manager Mike who did this! And I also have proof of him lying!! More
Worst service possible, charged me over $14,000. 00 dollars 2 trips back to dealership haven’t been able to use my truck for 4 months, now have it in Texas at another dealership. It took forever for someone to finally contact me after me trying to contact them. Then the salesman I talked to were to give me information about the vehicle I waited 3 days and never heard back from him me trying to contact them. I found out later when I went to pulled up the vehicle again that it was sold. Would not recommend More
I purchased a new 2020 Mustang convertible from Bolton Ford. The buying experience was hassle free. After arriving home, I realized there was no bracket for the front license plate. I sent a text to the salesman who responded one would be sent to me. Picking it up was not an option as I live 150 miles away. After a week, I sent another text. The salesman informed me it had to be ordered but he would check on it and send it. The bracket didn’t arrive so I assumed it would be sent with the license plates. I received a call from the dealership several weeks later informing me the plates had been received and they would be sending those to me. I asked about the bracket. The lady to whom I spoke stated she would get with the salesperson. A few days later, I received the plates sans bracket. I called the salesperson. He apologized for the error and assured me the bracket would be sent. After waiting another week, I sent an email via the dealership’s website explaining the situation. My only request at that point was that if they were not going to honor their word to extend the courtesy of letting me know. The next day I received a text from the salesperson confirming my address. Several weeks later, still no bracket OR communication that they will not be sending one. At the time of purchase, it was late in the day on a Saturday. Most of the staff had left so there was no one to prep the car. I believe a bracket to be a fair exchange for the lack of a much needed wash. More

Approve and Beyond! Morgan went above and beyond for us. We wanted and needed a special truck. She was able to work it out and arrange for delivery out of state.
