Asked if I could put a deposit to hold a used 2022 RAM 1500 Limited until I could get there and said I understand if they can’t and would rather take a buyer in store. Placed a $1,000 deposit and planned to buy the truck, so I filled out a credit app to show I’m a qualified buyer at their request. 2 hours later I get a phone call saying the truck was sold. They offered me a new RAM Limited at advertised price less addendums, $20k more than I worked on my deal. I told them that’s an insult, I would have negotiated addendums out anyways. Management said this shouldn’t have happened, my credit never should have been run, and they were going to completely redo their process, so this never happens again, but sorry I was the reason why. I told them they did irreparable damage to my credit and kind of forced my hand to make a purchase in the next 14-30 days to ensure all credit inquiries get lumped into 1. Completely unethical and dishonest. More

I would say typical, average car dealership. Sales folks were friendly and responsive but usual games being played on pricing. I go in mid-December, car I'm looking at advertised for $34.8k, needs tires. Tell them I would be interested if we land in the $31-$32k range with new tires. They offered the tires but said a change in pricing "can't be done, pricing is "Rock Bottom" at 34.8k" I thank them and move on. Two weeks later, end of month and year, car now advertised online for $30.3k.! So, it appears they would have had no issue with trying to extract an extra $4k from me on the deal even with a reasonable counter offer. Just gets old having to play games with your hard-earned money everywhere you go. More

Avoid like the plague. I made a huge mistake in referring a close friend to this dealer for a 392 purchase from out of state as Wade Vincent (their General Manager) seemed I made a huge mistake in referring a close friend to this dealer for a 392 purchase from out of state as Wade Vincent (their General Manager) seemed like a good guy who offered great price match with some of the other dealers. Lo and behold the nightmare began after 6 months of waiting when the vehicle was delivered and the shenanigans of gross incompetence began. So apparently they are staffed by some of the most low information folks the village can find. I was sent to Wayne Garcia (the finance guy) to get the paperwork sorted and he insisted that the "owner" of the dealer needed the Car registered and titled before I could take delivery and that THEY will do all this paperwork at their speed. Since I bought this out of state from thousands of miles away, this meant being dependent of little old Wayne from middle of nowhere to understand how another state's DMV, taxation and registration works and guess what - they mailed the registration paperwork after 7 weeks of vehicle being delivered to them WITHOUT the registration fee. I had to keep following with the DMV and was told they received the registration form but no fee. The registration and title took 7 more weeks to process, so I was without my vehicle (after paying in full) for 14 weeks. Yes. To add a cherry on top they added doc fees and an imaginary DMV fees to the final bill over the beyond what the DMV receipt was. May be they are a good dealer for the local amigo in Port Arthur, Texas; but if you want a smooth deal that doesn't shave 10% of your warranty time with the vehicle sitting on their lot with a bunch of incompetent folks shuffling paperwork they have no clue about, please avoid yourself the pain and find another better dealer. I had turned the issue over to Ram Care and was referred to thi .....On 9/13, I took my truck to Bolton for a warranty repair on my new 2022 Ram 1500. I had turned the issue over to Ram Care and was referred to this dealership. On arrival, I was met by the service manager and the district warranty manager who assessed the damage and agreed to repair my truck under warranty. I was assured by the service manager that the body parts would be obtained and my truck would be repaired the following week by a third party body shop. No word until 09/27 when I was told that parts were on order, and my truck would be repaired 09/30. Truck would be needed for two days. When I questioned the service about the delay, she responded by saying, "I know you don't care, but we have been busy!" In the meantime, I was being told by Ram Care that they had talked to the parts manager and they weren't even sure the parts were on order. Finally on 10/19, I was called and told the truck would go in for repair on 10/24, and was needed for two days. I delivered the truck as instructed and it was finished four days later. Because of the two day delay, I had to cancel a trip, that cost me several hundred dollars Your dealership may have great technicians, and great sales people, but your service manager is totally incompetent, while working on a thin line of being a liar, while making false promises and claims to cover her inability to provide customer service. I will never set foot in your dealership again. 45 days of xx and lies to get a warranty repair completed. I have spoken with others who have had similar experiences in your dealership as well....At this time my truck has multiple issues, with no where I trust to take it for service. Ram has a xxxx poor record of customer service. I'll be driving a Toyota soon! More

I woke up Tuesday morning and decided I wanted a new vehicle lol and I wanted a Dodge Challenger.. I spoke to the salesman on the phone regarding what kind of rebates the dodge have and he sent me pictu vehicle lol and I wanted a Dodge Challenger.. The process was very quick, got approved within a hour. I would recommend Mid County Dealership to everyone in the area..
