Friendly & Prompt Service I knew I wanted to get a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, but the price scared me. I searched online for a fair priced vehicle and realized there was one I knew I wanted to get a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, but the price scared me. I searched online for a fair priced vehicle and realized there was one right in my own neighborhood. We went to Bolles in Ellington on Monday, and by Thursday I owned my vehicle. The price was thousands less than KBB, and it still had all the bells and whistles I wanted. Bob Dimanno was so friendly and knowledgeable about the cars he sells, and very efficient with paper work. Ken Keaveny got me a loan rate that was a full percentage lower than my last loan, and he had the paperwork done in a snap. In addition, I had been in a rental for three weeks, paying out-of-pocket. Ken knew how badly I needed to get out of the rental, so he worked it out so that Bolles provided me a loaner vehicle, "on-the-house", while my new vehicle was being serviced and registered! Excellent experience! I stopped at Bolles to test drive a Ford Edge, with the intention of moving on to test drive Subaru cars at another dealership afterwards. While at B I stopped at Bolles to test drive a Ford Edge, with the intention of moving on to test drive Subaru cars at another dealership afterwards. While at Bolles, I decided to also test drive a Jeep Cherokee. At no time was my salesman, Barry, pushy or insistent about which cars I should test drive. He followed my lead regarding what I was interested in, and was very informative when answering my questions or explaining things without being asked. I ended up buying a used Jeep Cherokee that afternoon. All involved in making the sale complete, were very kind, helpful, and considerate from beginning to end. I love my new-to-me car and feel confident about the service I will receive moving forward. I'd recommend this dealership to everyone! More

I guess I will start by sharing that I drive approximately an hour and twenty minutes for service because that's exactly what I get when I visit Bolles. It is always a pleasure to visit with the staff and I know my car is in great hands. I have had the pleasure of working with Kyle and I recommend everyone visit him. He is on top of things and is always fighting to help get you what you are looking for. Kyle goes out of his way for his customers because it is what he would want someone to do for him. He is the gold standard and definition of a great Salesman. Kyle is so good at what he does that he recently helped my sister and mother buy brand new Jeeps this week. We all travel to Bolles because we know Kyle has the answers and will make sure we are comfortable with everything. The second reason I drive as far as I do for service, sales, and basically everything related to my car is Brian Bolles. Talk about a hands on guy who truly knows his customers. He is always working whether walking the showroom floor, helping clean cars in the snow, or talking with customers in the lot. This is a rarity now a days; however, that's what makes Bolles Motors special. Brian remembers who you are and will always check to see how the family is, what's been new, and how the car is treating you. I could find a dealership closer to where I live but why would I want to? The guys at Bolles are stellar and it is my pleasure to drive down to make sure they make the revenue on keeping my car running great. Thankful for Great Customer Service I had purchased a used car a month back and was having issues starting it so Kyle came to my house and helped me jump it.
