Our only complaint is when we called to request something be done before picking up our new car, that the customer service area would have relayed the message to Bob! Its a problem affecting thousands of Jeeps .Google Jeep n43 recall. The dealership then tried to tell me its clutch failure. My Jeep works great in 4 wheel drive. I was told when you drive in snow you will feel it. I have now driven in 3 ft of snow up north and it drives great. Im glad i did not pay 3k for a new transfer case. The dealer ship did not try to help me in any way except to consider not replacing it because the the vehicles age. It has 101k on it and its a 2008. More
