Oil change and service, tire rotation. This has been my car service dealer and purchase dealer for 20 years. They do great honest work. I Was disappointed to find out that they no longer h This has been my car service dealer and purchase dealer for 20 years. They do great honest work. I Was disappointed to find out that they no longer have express lube service and I was told that of Aug. 1st I would need to make an appointment. Thou they did take me right in. I thought they should have notified me by email. As I have been a regular service customer on all my service on my last 2 cars purchased from this dealer.! I do have to say that the person I normally deal with (Dan) was out on a road test and the two people I delt with today i did not know and the did not know me. More

Service I live 45 minutes from this dealer and dropped off the vehicle so they would have the day to complete the warranty issues and service. Upon arrival o I live 45 minutes from this dealer and dropped off the vehicle so they would have the day to complete the warranty issues and service. Upon arrival one of the service employees informed me I could have gotten a loaner vehicle for the recall work. I was a little irritated that I was never informed. After my oil service, the oil meter was not reset in the dash and the oil pan was never wiped clean which made a mess in my garage. I have had better experiences with Bowles. More
