I would not recommend Boliver Ford to anyone for a vehicle purchase. I called 2 weeks to make a purchase on the 2012 Yukon Denali Brittany, Heather, & Grace lied like the vehicle was no longer in thei vehicle purchase. I called 2 weeks to make a purchase on the 2012 Yukon Denali Brittany, Heather, & Grace lied like the vehicle was no longer in their inventory after it was markdown to 12,500. The truck was never removed from website was still available for purchase. I called several times was told the same lie, Not in inventory. I called general mgr. to see what was really going on he told me the truck was missing they could not find it , and he filed a police report. Truck listed today as Sold. I would have been better just to say another customer was buying the vehicle. More
My power steering sensor went out and I called the service department to have it replaced. I spoke to the underwriter of the department (Brock) on Wednesday Dec. 2 and he said they would order the par service department to have it replaced. I spoke to the underwriter of the department (Brock) on Wednesday Dec. 2 and he said they would order the part and they would work on my car on Saturday Dec 5. I dropped my car off Friday night and I called the dealership to check on the status of my car and spoke with Brian who told me they had no idea why my car was there and the pet was not even ordered yet. Brian told me that Brock was off today and that they could not do anything with my car and it would be middle of the following week til the part arrives and then they can fix my car. He offered no solution to the fact that we had spoke to Brock about my car and could not fix my car when I was told it would be worked on. I am so upset with how this dealership handles business. I do not recommend doing business with them at all. More

I expect you to fix my expecdtion so that it holds the road instead it's like driving a piece of junk down the road. Saddest part is just serviced last week and everything was in Green which means great and today I need 2 tires but you recommend 4 plus front end alignment you are really going down hill.. I rely on this high dollar junk to get my wheel chair bound daughter to doctors. Believe me this is just the beginning Mr ???? hope you get paid by the hour commission going to be hard if you keep treating coustomers like crap. More
They "diagnosed" a problem with my car which was wrong. I had the "diagnosed" problem tested elsewhere and it was not a problem. I returned to the dealership but was told the mechanic (only 1) w was wrong. I had the "diagnosed" problem tested elsewhere and it was not a problem. I returned to the dealership but was told the mechanic (only 1) was away and it would be 2 weeks before they could look at the car again. I took the car to Dobbs Ford in Memphis and they fixed the problem within 24 hours. More
