Bolivar Ford

My power steering sensor went out and I called the service department to have it replaced. I spoke to the underwriter of the department (Brock) on Wednesday Dec. 2 and he said they would order the par service department to have it replaced. I dropped my car off Friday night and I called the dealership to check on the status of my car and spoke with Brian who told me they had no idea why my car was there and the pet was not even ordered yet. Brian told me that Brock was off today and that they could not do anything with my car and it would be middle of the following week til the part arrives and then they can fix my car. He offered no solution to the fact that we had spoke to Brock about my car and could not fix my car when I was told it would be worked on. I am so upset with how this dealership handles business. I do not recommend doing business with them at all. More

From the driver Mike who delivered our truck to our home to the team who closed the deal. They were all awesome all the way. The customer service is the best there is. They are one of a kind and far between to have a team like this. The amount I saved purchasing from Bolivar Ford and getting the warranty they offer, on top of the manufactured warranty I was getting no one could beat. I kept saying all week if I could just get to Bolivar Ford, well they text me and called me immediately. In less than 24 hours my purchase was complete and in my driveway. We test drove and checked it out. I want to send a shout out to the following if I miss anyone I’m sorry but the whole team was wonderful. I will be sure to purchase from them again. I expect you to fix my expecdtion so that it holds the road instead it's like driving a piece of junk down the road. Saddest part is just serviced last week and everything was in Green which means great and today I need 2 tires but you recommend 4 plus front end alignment you are really going down hill.. I rely on this high dollar junk to get my wheel chair bound daughter to doctors. Believe me this is just the beginning Mr ???? hope you get paid by the hour commission going to be hard if you keep treating coustomers like crap. More

They "diagnosed" a problem with my car which was wrong. I had the "diagnosed" problem tested elsewhere and it was not a problem. I took the car to Dobbs Ford in Memphis and they fixed the problem within 24 hours. More
