Had my car serviced here. When I arrived, no one came to talk to me for a few minutes, even though I was the only one there at the time. I asked how long the typical oil chang When I arrived, no one came to talk to me for a few minutes, even though I was the only one there at the time. I asked how long the typical oil change & tire rotation would take, and they said an hour. Then the gentlemen I was working with told me they would hurry to get it done in less than an hour. I was happy with that. However, they took an hour and a half, and when they were done the gentlemen I was working with just had me pay and gave me my key. He didn’t share anything about how the service went, if they found anything that needed repair or not. Specifically, I had asked them to check if I had any damage to my car from someone backing into me recently, but he didn’t mention if they found anything or not. I did get a text that the inspection found everything looked good, but it was odd that he didn’t tell me that himself. I would have asked some questions had I not already been late for work due to the longer-than-promised time frame for service. I’m giving it a 2 out of 10 because, if the text is right, they did complete the requested service and I do appreciate that they gave my car a car wash with no extra charge. More
The worst people I have ever had to deal with. First my cars rear struts end up broken a few months after buying the car and I had to pay a grand to get them fixed. But now I find out there people who sold me the maintenance plan lied about having to go back to Toyota. So that’s 1,067$ down the drain. They suck and won’t even let you lodge a complaint. And now I’m pretty sure the car is leaking something. So just great To many problems for having a car with only 66,660 miles on it. Just the worst. More

He was friendly and helpful and even went out of his way on more than one occasion to meet our needs. He took the time to explain the paperwork too. I really appreciate that there still are people out there that care enough to make sure that the customer is satisfied. More
