Service department understaffed or poorly supervised The service department is either understaffed or poorly supervised. Made an appointment for 60,000 mile oil change and tire rotation for 11:30 a.m. The service department is either understaffed or poorly supervised. Made an appointment for 60,000 mile oil change and tire rotation for 11:30 a.m. I was going to wait for my car but I was told it would take an hour and one half to two hours for the service to be done. Obviously the service department was overbooked. There is no reason for doing this. This service should have been completed in 45 minutes. More
