This resulted in replacing the differential as well as the drive shaft which was also damaged as a result. The vehicle was barely out of its warranty period. I took the vehicle to Bocker Auto Group to have it repaired. The Service person, Brad Leverton informed GM that he felt the car had been abused. He said that the rear tires were worn more than the front Which meant that I must be "smoking the tires". The difference in the tires was due to a longer than normal rotation. GM then refused to pay for nearly all of the damages. I was astounded that a service manager would either lie or not have enough sense to spot an overdue rotation. Oh, this gets better. Time has now proven that Cadillac Built this high performance vehicle with a rear end that is unable to withstand the horse power produced by the engine. Instead of recalling the 2004-2005 CTS-V's GM and their dealers decided to deny any responsibility for the flaw . It kind of makes them look bad if they admitted they built a high performance vehicle that is unable to stand rapid acceleration. Brad Leverton and GM stuck me with a bill I did not deserve. More
