Boch Maserati

Horrible dealership. I walk in with my son ready to purchase a vehicle and there are just two men sitting with a couple discussing at a table. Now I realize that they were in a middle of a sale but it purchase a vehicle and there are just two men sitting with a couple discussing at a table. Now I realize that they were in a middle of a sale but it doesn't take two sales associates to do one deal. Anyway, we were looking at different models in the showroom For 20 minutes not one word. If even one of them said "excuse me sir I'll be with you in a moment" that would of been fine but nothing. All of the cars were locked so you couldn't look inside. It was ridiculous, the reason they're in the showroom is to be looked at. Finally I asked if they could at least unlock one of the cars. Their response "ya give us a minute" another 15 passed by and we left. Absolutely horrible service. Don't buy from them, you'll get better customer service at a Toyota dealer. They are absolutely horrible representatives of the Ferrari company. And one more thing if they are reading this, don't judge how much money someone has by looking at them not all wealthy families have to be xxxxxx and wear fancy clothes some of us worked hard for our money ;) More
