The item was brought up to our salesperson, Ian, who never followed through despite asking on multiple occassions including during the delivery of the vehicle. Coming from an Audi dealer that never let us down in 6 years and 2 leases, this was disappointing and hopefully not an indication of what the rest of our experience will be like. Long story short, love the car, disappointed with the sales staff and follow through. More

Backed out of agreed deal on preowned GT After working with Ian at Boch Maserati for a few weeks, we had agreed all terms of a deal to purchase one of the pre-owned GT's. He assured me that After working with Ian at Boch Maserati for a few weeks, we had agreed all terms of a deal to purchase one of the pre-owned GT's. He assured me that he could get it done. A lot had been discussed, so I sent him an email confirming all items discussed and wanting to move ahead on the transaction. He confirmed receipt of the email and said he would be back at work the following day. Never heard back from him. Emailed him 5 business days later. He informed me that 'they' won't accept the offer. Ok, so he basically lied about having the authority to commit to a number. 'I know that I can get them to accept $X". I suspect his story about the car selling and then curiously falling through the following day was a lie as well. Probably to encourage me to move at that time. Anyway, Don't assume that you will be treated fairly here. According to this site, they are the lowest rated Maserati dealer in Massachusetts. And don't even look at the score for the service department. Yikes. Regardless of the situation, Ian should have shown the professionalism to reply to me and let me know he was unable to get the prior-agreed deal done. I've never written a negative review of a business in my life. However, this experience warranted one. Consider yourself warned. More
BETTER THAN EVER HAPPY TO BE DRIVING AGAIN Very disappointed with Ferrari of New England they have had my 458 in the service center for 5 weeks now and are unable to figure out what is wrong wi Very disappointed with Ferrari of New England they have had my 458 in the service center for 5 weeks now and are unable to figure out what is wrong with it.Endless emails back and forth to Ferrari North America have had no productive results just getting apologizes and lip service can't believe the technology built into this auto along with the diagnostic tools available and they cannot figure it out its been 7 weeks and I now have my vehicle back. the above review was written out of a lot of frustration and probably a little harsh but now that I have cooled down and have my car back I do have to say that mark doran and the service team did a great job on getting the vehicle fixed and keeping me in the loop on the day to day efforts and complexity of figuring out the problem,.they were in contact with Ferrari north America constantly to get to the problem and get it fixed .i do appreciate the efforts by all and the final results .Ferrari of new England delivered the car back to me fully detailed ,in a closed trailer ,and running at peak performance. all and all a very happy ending and I look forward to many more years of Ferrari ownership and an ongoing relationship with Ferrari of New England More

She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She was AMAZING!!! Energetic, friendly, polite and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. She made me feel like I was the only customer there and like I was spending a million dollars on a brand new laferrari.. One day : ) . Jamie guided me through the whole process and not once did I feel any pressure.
