Purchased vehicle and advised by Allen Nersisyen, my sales manager and his manager, Orien, that my issues would be taken care of when Bobb the owner came back from his vacation in Hawaii. After multiple attempts via phone and text I contacted the AG and the dealership has denied everything promised. I had originally given a positive review. However, he doesn’t live up to his word. Very disappointed in the way this dealership handles his customers. I would never recommend for anyone to purchase a vehicle from them. I wish I had read the reviews previously. More

I just had the best experience I have ever ever had in my entire life at this dealership! I recently secured a vehicle with Bobb Says Yes, of course the interest rate is high because usually people who buy cars via this route have some sort of credit barriers. I had a wonderful experience at Bobb says yes. Roxanne was so great. She told me she was going to take care of me and she did. I was so worried i wasn't going to get anything and she got me in a 2018 Niss was so great. She told me she was going to take care of me and she did.
