Bob is a "Real Stand Up" person and a Man of his word !!! Bob and I were ready to consummate a purchase subject to an inspection. To make a long story short, due to the mutual misunderstanding, the purchase was cancelled and Bob was good enough to reimburse me for my inspection expenses.
