I was searching for a new/used BMW 745iL. I found one on Autotrader.com. It was so much less then all the others I had seen on line, so I had to call. I phoned the dealership and spoke with Brian the sale Autotrader.com. It was so much less then all the others I had seen on line, so I had to call. I phoned the dealership and spoke with Brian the sales manager. He advised me that the car I had seen was still there and that is was very clean and freshly serviced. He invited me to visit him and come see the 745iL. When I arrived I was greeted by Brian and was shown the BMW. He then took me for a drive I was very surprised how clean and in good shape this car was. Even for a car that was 4 years old it was straight on the exterior and very minimal ware on the interior. Brian then showed me the carfax. For a small dealership I was very impressed. He advised me "we have a no haggle policy". It was refreshing to know that there wouldn’t be the old "back and forth" and "let me ask my boss if I can". Since I had done my due diligence I knew this 745iL was cheapest and nicest one I had seen out of 11 others. We did the deal and they also met the bank rate I got from my credit union and was able to extend the term. It’s a new face on and old business...Most people hate to buy a car… I know I do…well did until I ran into Bob Zand Motor Company. More
