This dealer has a very bad service, they are untimely, and not well organised. I brought my car for service 4or 5 times so far sometimes for the same issue (mostly sync and technology functions). Initially they said the car had no problems, the second time claimed they fixed it, and it wasn't until the third time that they decided to call the factory to figure out what is wrong. The staff seem to only know how to fix engine parts and are not well trained on the new technologies Ford offers. This is a dinosaur of a Ford Service. More

Have you ever owned a 6.0 powersroke? If so you would know International had some issues with there e ngine. Tommy gets my small fleet in and out at a GREAT price. I had a very good experience when purchasing my 2009 Ford Flex. I wanted CPO, so went with a dealership rather than a private party. I felt the price was fair, and the experience was pretty relaxed. My sales person Jose was knowledgable and really didn't hard sell me. I did get a lot of the up-sell, but didn't feel the deal hinged on me saying yes to anything. Overall good experience. More
