Great Atmosphere.. Great experience! Never would've thought about buying a Ford until my Daughter's fiance told us about this dealership. We went to look, and since the vehicle was going to be for her, she picked one out that not only looked great but great gas mileage. What's better is Paul Johnson and Chris Greco worked with us since we did have a little negative equity with the trade and gave us a GREAT trade in value to help minimize the upside down. I recommend this dealer to everybody I know looking for a vehicle! More

Later I discovered that the vehicle I purchased was lacking an important option that I overlooked and after inquiring about a remedy the issue was resolved. For many reasons i was afraid, i would not be able make it happen, but with Melina's patience and persistence i am zipping around town in my fun new c-max and hardly using gas at all yet :). most of the process was over the phone which really minimized my time at the dealer. melina and henry were professional friendly and courteous. it has been awhile since i had a car, let alone a new one, but melina went the extra mile to be sure i understood all the bells and whistles and everything else. It was my best car buying experience to date. More

My wife and daughter went to purchase an explorer under x plan. The dealer ignored this and hence over charged. They did not handle the trade but made my daughter return and a month later did not pay off tra plan. The dealer ignored this and hence over charged. Incredibly Slow Service!! my 2-week old Explorer had an engine warning light come on...brought it in here at 10AM. They checked the code number and found it to be a VCT sensor that needed replacing (what engine warning light come on...brought it in here at 10AM. They checked the code number and found it to be a VCT sensor that needed replacing (what the xxxx? car is 2 weeks old!) they didn't have the part and had to send their mook down to a dealership in Anaheim??...I'm still waiting for him to return...it's been 4 hours and they haven't told me xxxx More
DO NOT Take your vehicle for service here. After ford replaced my motor in my 2009 F250 Diesel two years ago, I recently discovered an oil leak at the oil pan. My first thought was that it was coming fro replaced my motor in my 2009 F250 Diesel two years ago, I recently discovered an oil leak at the oil pan. My first thought was that it was coming from the oil plug in the oil pan. After they replaced the plug the leak continued indicating that they never checked it to see if it continued to leak. And it did leak. So I bring the truck back for a second repair trip. The service writer states that there appears to be damage to my oil pan from possibly hitting something and that the repair will cost $1700!. He then suggests that I should file a claim with my auto insurance company. I then had them let me look at the oil pan while up on lift and there was absolutely no damage to indicate that I struck something. I was able to see that the leak was not coming from the oil plug but from another adjacent area. I took pics as well. There apparently was a small hairline crack. I then was advised that the oil pan was most likely damaged by Fairview Ford when they replaced the motor two years ago and to contact them. After contacting Fairview Ford they denied that possibility and explained that the pan was no longer covered in the warranty. Fast forward .... I take the truck to a third dealer ( Fairway Ford ), and within 5 minutes they explain that a replacement oil pan was still covered and after their mechanic checked to confirm that there was not any driver damage to the pan. Unbelievable ! He could not explain why Bob Wondries was so deficient and negligent, but they were. I have advised my Auto Insurance carrier as well as the DMV and Better Business Bureau. More
