service experience I recently needed new tires for my 2013 Forester. I stopped in to service and talked with the assistant service manager ( Kenley I think). He took me to parts and told Bill to get me prices. I received four (4) prices for different tires. I settled on the Hankook. Was told I would have to wait while they were ordered. I went in at the agreed day and time. When I received my bill, I found that the more expensive Yokohama tires had been installed. I talked with Jeff (this man knows what good service means) who checked with parts. Upon returning he told me he was told I had requested information and agreed only on the Yokohama tires. These tires were never in any discussion. Long story short, Jeff took care of everything and I left somewhat happier than I expected. The most unsettling part was the parts person making me look like a liar and scam artist. If you make a mistake, admit it don't try to pass it on. Thank Jeff for keeping me as a customer. Based on my experience with parts alone, I wouldn't be back. Please pass this to the correct person. More
I wish this dealership was located nearer where I live. I was visiting in Virginia on September 29th. I called two Subaru Dealers in the area, neither answered or called me back. So I called the Bob Wade Autoworld and they took me in three hours later for an oil change on my Subaru BRZ. They were all so nice, and Ryan Mayes took me on a test drive in one of their Manuel Crosstreks. He was so helpful, explained in detail about the car, even though he knew that I might not stay in the area. He did not pressure me at all, was very courteous. If I were staying in the area, I would use this Car Dealer and would buy my next car from Ryan. Everyone in the service department were very friendly also, but I do not know their names. More

I was recommended to go here for a state inspection and I'm sorry I did. I knew I needed 1 light replaced, but found out I needed 4 lights replaced ( without my knowledge or consent to do the work). In addition, the inspector was not available for comment and the "bad" lights couldn't be found. What was supposed to be a pleasant , unobtrusive visit, turned out to be a very regretful experience. Not only did I feel taken advantage of when I left, but I also felt I was rudely treated by the general manager. I am disappointed with the company and I learned the hard way that there is no such thing as a free lunch or a free inspection. More
