Above and beyond! My van broke down on a Saturday night at 5:00 while I was traveling with 8 family members on the way to Washington, D.C. from Alabama. I called Bob Wade Autoworld and Jay answered the phone. He was very nice and helpful! He was able to get us a mechanic after hours who fixed my van while we waited. Service department really stepped up We were on Vacation and way out of state, and having some concerns about the way our car was acting. We called the service department and asked if they could take a look. The service manager took it for a drive, put it on the rack and checked it over. He then brought me out to show me what was going on, set my mind at ease that it was safe for me and my family to continue on our vacation. the service department saved the day. More

Excellent service I was traveling alone with my dog and I thought I might have an issue with my Subaru. I pulled off highway, got hotel for night and called closest Sub I was traveling alone with my dog and I thought I might have an issue with my Subaru. I pulled off highway, got hotel for night and called closest Subaru dealer. What service! Patrick got me in first thing next morning, checked car and all set by 8:30 to get on road. They could have taken advantage of someone traveling and needing to get home,could have told me things wrong with car but they did not do that. I was treated with the utmost respect. I told them I wish I could travel 8 hours each time service was required. They even gave my dog “goodies”. More

Dealer did over $6,000 repairs and car is still junk. My car was in shop over two months getting major repairs including engine work. More than $6,000 of repairs were done. After driving about 800 miles, My car was in shop over two months getting major repairs including engine work. More than $6,000 of repairs were done. After driving about 800 miles, the car developed an engine knock. Dealer says engine is not worth repairing. Causes me to question integrity and qualification. More

Excellent service department We are from New Jersey and also have house in Staunton. My wife and daughter and her dog broke down in her 2016 Forester on route 81 Sunday night an We are from New Jersey and also have house in Staunton. My wife and daughter and her dog broke down in her 2016 Forester on route 81 Sunday night and we're towed to Bob Wade Subaru. Patrick and Jeff looked at the car and jumped right on it and the car was fixed in 1 day. Myou family then drove back to NJ on Wednesday and did not have any problems at all. So thank you to everyone in service who took care of the problem and we're friendly and courteous the entire time. Great dealership and highly recommend. More
