Best Car-Buying Experience Ever! Over the past 18+ months I have purchased 2 used autos from Bob Wade - a Ford Explorer and 2 months ago a Subaru Outback. He was interested in what I wanted, very knowledgeable, no pressure and made my entire experience a pleasant one. After the sale Chris followed up with me 3 times over the next 2 months. The main reason I returned to buy a Subaru from Bob Wade was because of the experience I had with Chris. I knew Helen Shibut, Subaru salesperson, from a civic organization and would see her a few times a year. The last time I saw Helen she was so excited about working at Bob Wade, and raved about how wonderful her used Subaru was. When I saw the on-line listing for the Outback, I called Helen with full confidence that I would again be treated well at Bob Wade Auto World. Helen did not disappoint. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, no pressure, and customer-focused like Chris Hite. Helen has also followed up with me after my purchase. All of the staff at Bob Wade that assisted me with my purchase were wonderful and made me feel at ease with my major purchases. Additional thanks to Steve G. (Explorer) and Erin B. We never visited the dealer in person - but he provided all the info we needed, without any pressure or surprises. The paperwork was prepared for us in advance (car registration, financing, etc.) & we were very happy with the price. Dustin even arranged to have the car delivered to us - since we live a couple hours away. Glad to recommend! More

Outstanding Experience with Dustin From start to finish, my experience with Dustin and Bob Wade Subaru was positively outstanding. I used consumerreports.com to contact several dealers From start to finish, my experience with Dustin and Bob Wade Subaru was positively outstanding. I used consumerreports.com to contact several dealers initially, but many of the dealers in our area responded with prices that were just too high, and they weren't very flexible. Dustin, however, wrote immediately to let me know that he could offer me an even lower price than the guaranteed price negotiated through Consumer Reports. Intrigued, I contacted him, and he immediately set to work finding a 2015 Outback that matched my specifications. Within 30 minutes, he had found my car, and before the day was out, I was able to put a down payment on it. When I came to the dealership to pick it up the next week (in fact, they managed to get the car even earlier than promised--so convenient!), the car and the paperwork were all ready and waiting, and Dustin walked me through all the car's various functions. To my utter delight, he also told me that the car had come with a few unanticipated extras--all at no extra charge! The car has been wonderful--of course--after all, it's a Subaru. To top off such an excellent experience, Dustin followed up with me to make sure everything was okay with the car, and he even left a happy birthday message for me on my phone. I cannot recommend Dustin highly enough, and I would not hesitate to send any family member or friend to Bob Wade--what an amazing place! Thank you so much! More
