Went into to get some known work done. Quoted an exceptionally high price to put my window back on track. When questioned the price the service writer gave me an attitude and seemed to be offended t exceptionally high price to put my window back on track. When I went to pick up the car so I could take it to another dealership who was charging the average rate the service writer insulted me, demanded me and insinuated that they couldn't do a service I was charged for because my tires were "economy". Returned my car in worst condition than I gave it to them. When I asked that they correct my car before I removed it from the lot the service writer rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude. I had to involve the owner of the store to get assistance. When I returned the next day to pick up my car, which now has a wedge of paper to hold my window up, the same service writer thought it was appropriate to yell at me and my husband in the parking lot in front of people, to insult my intelligence and act aggressively with a woman. I have been getting service at valenti for almost 20 years... never again. More
I had an issue over being charged for tire rotation when it is offered free during first check-up. Owner called me back to apologize for misunderstanding. Treated very rudely by Valenti Chevrolet service dept today. I am from out of state so had questions regarding Emissions testing. Wanted to get it done & look at new cars while waiting, but left after s today. I am from out of state so had questions regarding Emissions testing. I was so surprised by how unprofessional he was I decided I was going elsewhere. As I headed out he was scoffing loudly. Will never do any business with Valenti! More
Took my car in for an oil change and opened the hood a week later after noticing a spots on the driveway. Found a transmission line leaking with lots of dirt and grime build up on it so it had been leakin week later after noticing a spots on the driveway. Took it in for service writer Jason to look at and he agreed the tech should have seen the leak. I was given a vehicle check off sheet that did not indicate any problems after the oil change and this just shows the techs just check off the sheets without really looking at your vehicle. Jason is polite enough but for a employee (techs) just to check off a sheet when you count on them to be honest is just a joke at this dealership as that this was not my first problem. I sent an email to the dealership explaining the situation and did not have any reply. I still let them repair the vehicle because I was told the tech was no longer working there but this will be the last vehicle I purchase from them (five in less than 10 years) and I won't let them service my vehicle anymore either. Plenty of choices out there for service and purchases and even though they are near my home I will travel somewhere else. More
