Bob Tyler is a cheat you had better beware before buying anything from these people. We had a deal our truck got minor damage in a rear ended accident before we turn it in. Now they are telling us oh no we are doing that you have to deal with the insurance co ... we have no truck no paperwork. And last time I saw this truck they had it for sale without fixing it. The salesman Hunter Rogers says he just told us what his manager said for him to say. They do this all the time. DO NOT TRUST THESES PEOPLE. EVEDENTLY THEY DONT KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG. This will be my absolute last time doing business with Bob Tyler. The Only reason i purchased this car is because THE LORD had this car just for me. I was told bring documents then the day was told i need 1 million additional documents. I was told the bank had approved then told we weren't Told we were then told we weren't. Was told to call and get insurance then then after insurance was purchased to walk off the lot told we weren't. Because one finance manager approved the case then another deemed us not eligible.When all along approved by the bank..The bank was blamed all together but when i spoke with the bank was told a whole different story than what the rep told.Had a finance manger that came and told US WRONG INFORMATION. AND HIS RESPONSE WASN'T to help but get your insurance money back..What kind of customer service is this? That's how you all treat people? I can assure you i will tell the world NOT TO SHOP AT BOB TYLER! I will also be reporting this to the BBB someone needs to be ACCOUNTABLE For this service. The Only one that O can say that deserves a raise and to be recognized is Brittney. This woman went over and beyond. It was her kindness and empathy that had us to stay and complete that purchase. I was Her that made the situation worth fighting through. Brittney needs to be recognized because she cared when the other staff didn't. Great job. More
BOB TYLER TOYOTA sends you emails "bait and switch" style. Once you get to the store they give you many excuses on why that deal would be impossible for them to do, and yet they send them with very cle style. The email clearly states what is included and what is excluded from the ad in the disclaimer. I asked them to add fees and taxes (the excluded items from the email) and they weren't able to provide that. More

The Worst NEW CAR EXPERIENCE that lingered for 3 yrs. Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. When my wife and I went to Bob Tyler Toyota for the first time it was not due to good circumstances. We had recently moved into the area from Mary Esther and right before the big move into our newly purchase time it was not due to good circumstances. We had recently moved into the area from Mary Esther and right before the big move into our newly purchased house we had turned in our leased 2018 Rav4 as it's lease term just ended. We were just using my wife's 2015 Corolla.....it had only 29,000 miles on it so we knew it was going to last a long time. We were happy to be finished with the cost of the leased Rav4 and one vehicle was going to work just fine for us. Unfortunately that did not last very long. We were sitting at a red light on 90 in Milton when we were rear ended by a car that was going 50 mph. Our Corolla was totaled, needless to say. After some research we decided to stick with Toyota, but did not want to deal with the FWB location at all as every time we would pull into that dealership for routine maintenance or picking up parts that were ordered we would nearly be swarmed by the sales staff that stood outside the front door, I don't like that, never have. We decided to go with Bob Tyler Toyota. I had chatted with Alyssa on the website and she put me in touch with Craig Bullington. We parked our rental car in front of the busy showroom and were not pounced on by a hoard of sales hungry staff members.....so far so good. We sat down right away with Craig and one of the first things I said to him, respectfully, was that I had been a Master Auto Tech for 25 years out of the 33 that I had put in at dealers, and that I knew all of the tricks that a salesman could come up with and that I didn't want to deal with any shady sales tactics. Over 3 decades of working my butt off in garages kind of turned me into a man that spoke outright honestly, albeit a little blunt. Craig understood exactly where I was coming from and assured me that no shenanigans would happen. Working with Craig was a GREAT experience, the best car buying experience I have ever had. He was extremely professional yet personable and there was no haggling needed. It seemed like a very good deal for both sides after a few numbers were discussed. My wife and I felt at ease almost instantly after meeting Craig. Everything flowed nice and easy....it took a bit of time, but that is to be expected, car deals are a time consuming process. After we were done with Craig we sat down with Shelby Scarborough to get a lot of papers signed and discuss warranties, etc. Shelby was very pleasant and we felt no pressure to buy an extended warranty or tire warranty. It was very easy to come up with something that worked well for us and Shelby, like Craig, was very professional and very friendly. She made a few suggestions and we were all set!!! As I have said, I have worked at new car dealers for well over 30 years and am a bit skeptical when buying a new vehicle, even a good deal more as I am disabled. Craig Bullington and Shelby Scarborough have shown me that at Bob Tyler Toyota there is no need for my natural skepticism. Craig and Shelby work like I did all of those years.....with integrity, honesty, and genuine old fashioned kindness with customer satisfaction as the number one goal. That seems to be lacking a lot in 2020. They are TREMENDOUS assets to your business Bob Tyler, and my wife and I feel like we were treated like family which is exactly what a car dealership should do. Keep up the great work, Craig and Shelby, it is something that you do naturally, I can tell!!! See you at the first service interval, our beautiful new 2021 Rav4 will be going nowhere else for service. More
