I would recommend you travel OUTSIDE Pensacola to purchase your Toyota. The high pressure tactics at this dealer and condescending attitude toward customers was most irritating. How dare a dealer tell ME what I want in a vehicle and keep me there for hours while trying to sell me what is on the lot versus getting me the vehicle I want. After sales courtesy is missing...stay away from this dealer. A former employer tells me that the tactics the salesmen employ are encouraged by Bob Tyler himself.
