Being a woman, it’s a little intimidating to step onto a car dealership, but Amanda responded to my original email request and made me feel comfortable and not pushed. Once I went in to test drive the car, I was introduced to Ryan, and he was very nice and personable. We talked a little bit, and he informed me that the car that I requested to test drive was being sold , but he did have a replacement close to what I wanted. It was BETTER!! Ryan was honest with me about the car the I originally wanted and the car that I ended up test driving. Ryan made me feel good/comfortable about Bob Tyler as a company and about the purchase I was going to make. Not going to lie, the warranty was a deal breaker also, but I give credit where credit is due and Ryan made this sale for me, he kept me company while the finance team was trying diligently, to find me financing ? and I appreciate all their hard work. I love my car!!! Thanks!! More
We highly recommend Bob Tyler due to their friendly service and their willingness to meet our needs. We visited another dealership prior to coming to Bob Tyler and they were not as warm nor did they of service and their willingness to meet our needs. The funny part about coming to this dealership, was from the reviews and personal references,I was prepared for a "no so pleasant" experience. This goes to show you that things are not always what they seem to be:) Super Bowl Sunday, my wife and I pulled in to the dealership window shopping for a Tundra. Our eyes immediately turned toward this 2012 Toyota Tundra XSP-X. I have never seen this model before, even after all of the research I have done on the Tundra. So I decided to call Monday for a test drive, showed up and that is where I was introduced to Kely Muligan. We told her what we wanted to test drive, (2012 Toyota XPS-X). She was very knowledgeable on this model and tackled every question I threw at her with complete professionalism. Once we got back I was still unsure, so she brought Rob Goodwin over to explain the rarity of this vehicle; in which he was spot on after the research I did later. He kept it short and sweet, and carried on to the rest of his day. Well, my wife and I departed after we got all of the information that we needed. Once I made a few calls and a couple hours later, I was back to the dealership to get this truck. Now Kely will not admit this, but I was not exactly the "ideal customer". I was intentionally being difficult and I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. My trade in was a 2004 Nissan Xterra SE 4X4, took us a couple tries to agree to a trade in price. Once that was accomplished, it was smooth sailing after that. Overall, it took about three hours to complete this transaction. Kely made this deal even sweeter with the introduction to the Finance Manager Philip Moody. He was every tactful, quite animated which makes him quite the salesman. After the sales price was agreed upon, he introduced us to the idea of financing through Toyota. Well, we were approved, which made this deal a complete success. Overall, I could not have been happier: Summary: Final Price: 30,591, 0% Financing for 5 years, Full Maintenance Plan for 5 years/60K miles= 100% Satisfaction. What ever you guys did, keep doing it. I have gotten some interesting reactions about my experience with Bob Tyler and his Sales people. Great job and you have my future business. Daniel Petitt More
I recently bought an 09 Highlander Hybrid from this dealer. I negotiated with John Knight, one of the sales managers. He even took the time on his day off to talk to me and get things finalized. Gene (sales man) was pleasant and worked with us filling in the paperwork and getting us through to the last step: finance. Although I already had my own finance, I worked with Phillip Moody to try and get a better rate. I ended up with a great finance rate and a great deal on a comprehensive warranty. Phillip was very thorough explaining their warranty packages, he was very nice guy and knowledgeable. Too bad he is an FSU fan :) Overall, it was a great experience, I got a great car at a great price. Many thanks to Jon, Gene, and Phillip for their great customer service. More

The GM work out a fantastic deal on a 2012 Camry that was exactly what my wife was looking for. Ryan did a great job working out the details and Michael, as usual, worked out the financing to exactly what we wanted. As long as the Toyota Prius provides me with as good of service as the SALES TEAM did at Bob Tyler Toyota, this will be the only Dealership I ever buy a car from!!!! My experience began with a quick email from Amanda asking if she could help. Followed by a phone chats with Ken,Tony and Jenny. My credit score was border-line for 1.9%/60mth approval and was initially told,that I would not be able to get this good interest rate, but after a few minutes of Ken and the TEAM, I was approved and made my purchase over the phone. The next day, all I had to do was go by and sign(with Luis-which also done a great job), and drive off in my brand new 2011 Prius! I love this car so far!I just do not understand why there are not even more of the Toyota PRius on the road today? The competors do not even come remotely close to producing a car that gets this kind of mpg and offers all these features for this price!!!>> The only suggestion i would make, to improve the Prius, would be to improve the looks of the exterior. I truely feel,that if Toyota could make a version that looked SPORTY, they would for sure "corner the market"!And again,I can not really describe in words, the quality of customer service, I recieved from the sales team and Managers. The wait was too long. We were there Sunday night , then Monday night, and picked it up Tuesday night. Paperwork and car should have been ready when we got there at 6:30 pm. so all we had to do was to sign Monday night, and picked it up Tuesday night. Dropped off Papers dealer needed on Friday and Dave was not there due to something he had to take care of. Love our Suzuki. More
