Had a very pleasant experience with salesman Bruce Hilt. Did not feel pressured but was able to find a good quality vehicle that had everything I wanted. Over the years, our 5 Toyota sales through Bob Tyler's dealership, left me continuously impressed by the professionalism of his team. Every interaction has been positive with a reason to return. One member of Bob's team stands out consistently - Jeffery Bere - who seems to always there manning the parts center when we visit. Jeff's professionalism, friendliness, and competence is Top Shelf! Jeffery comfortably demonstrates an ability to perform and communicate, doing his job with confidence and a sense of flair. Although I've had several positive interactions with Jeff, one recent experience stands-out (which anyone who's visited a parts counter can relate to) Wanting to change all my FJ's lubricants before our recent road trip to Alaska from Pensacola, I needed to first get new plugs and seals for the front and rear differentials, tranny, etc. - almost a dozen slightly different seals and plugs. Jeff took the time needed to quickly decipher the listings to ensure he had every part I needed. He even found and suggested a plug I missed on my list ~ Easy to say, Jeff makes effective use of the technology at his disposal to ensure customer service excellence and as a bonus, improve his sales performance Jeff displays genuineness when dealing with me and I've observed him interacting similarly with others. He has a strong personal regard for my needs whenever I've had the pleasure of dealing with him. In fact, I make it a point to deal primarily with him. He understands what I need, knows how to deliver, and always sends me on my way feeling good about the experience. There are many stars at this dealership, and Jeff certainly stands-out! Jenny gave a price for Highlander which was in an add, We drive over 100 mile RT and meet the unprofessional Vern Hilt. Most rudest AH I have ever met at a car dealer. He states the fine print raises the veh drive over 100 mile RT and meet the unprofessional Vern Hilt. Most rudest AH I have ever met at a car dealer. He states the fine print raises the vehicle price by $4000.00 and refuses to produce the add which they removed from their website because it did not state this. Stay away from Bob Tyler Toyota. If anyone has Bob Tylers personal email or FB please post as I would like to inform him of these tactics. More

We always chuckle when entering a car dealership, as we know we are going to be pounced on as soon as we get out of our vehicle. Sure enough, that always happens at Bob Tyler Toyota. The sales person, Raquel, was friendly and helpful and took the time to round up a few used cars that met our criteria. We quickly narrowed it down and took a 2011 Camry for a test drive. We liked the car, and when we expressed a positive interest in working a deal, they almost immediately took $1,000 off the price. However, further haggling got us nowhere. The car was a trade-in, so they ended up making a lot of money on it. We did finally agree to buy, with a large down payment so we could afford the monthly payments. Raquel had to leave several times to gather paperwork, consult the sales manager, and other reasons, so we were in the dealership longer than we expected. The car was prepped and washed and I was able to drive it home that day. They forgot to give us the extra remote so I had to go back a couple days later and get that, and asked them to clean the battery terminal that had a little corrosion, which they did. They also fixed a small crack in the windshield that appeared the second day we had the car. It was nice to be treated to a backrub and snacks while waiting for my car to be serviced. Raquel was quite assertive in her salesmanship, but not overly aggressive like our previous sales person from 2004. She really wanted to close the deal but had to get the sales manager to talk to us directly and give final approval. More

When we arrived at the Bob Tyler dealership, we were met with a large smile and very polite "Hello" from Jenny. Bob Fite was the Sales Consultant that worked through the negotiation process along with Verne Hilt, General Manager. Through a collaborative effort, we arrived at a win-win solution. The entire team at Bob Tyler was professional, fair, and made the experience pleasurable. Bob and Jenny will be our first calls at Bob Tyler when we are in the market to purchase, sell or trade a car! More
I'm not going to lie. When we first walked in I felt like I had just walked into Disney world. I don't know why. I guess it was because the atmosphere was so friendly and our salesman was so nice. We found our car immediatly and had no problem coming up with a deal. The staff is very lenient and our salesman talked slow and clear and there wasn't ant funny business. They also have a great selection of cars and we are very happy with the car we bought. I recommend bob tylers very highly. More
Horrible experience. Salesman would not even give us a trade in offer for our 2004 tacoma. Told us we were wasting his time. Since we didn't have a large budget, we were shooed out. Much better experience. Ran into another customer who felt they were mistreated also. We both bought our cars from Honda. Anybody who reads this should google Bob Tyler and his lawsuit. More
