We went to BOB TYLER TOYOTA looking to test drive a pick up on Nov-30, 2013. We were four, two adults and two small children. I thought with all of us together would be easier to decide on which truck to get. We walked in, no appointment, and Dave Bratcher greeted us. We walked with Dave and saw a few vehicles side by side for better comparison. Dave was excellent and gave us one of the greatest customer service experience. He helped us by listening and answering our questions, as well as understanding our needs. He was great with our children also, for which we are very grateful. We later met Sara and Kim, great ladies! Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Dave will be my first choice on helping us to purchase a vehicle! More
I drove over 200 miles to buy a car from Bob Tyler Toyota after having a few bad experiences locally. The price on auto trader was almost unbelievable, but we went anyway after speaking to a rep over the ph after having a few bad experiences locally. Fraudulent Toyota "Certified" inspection. Wiper hose lines leaky & knawed, fluids empty & not checked, list goes on. BTT admitted mechanic fired for not doing inspections & now they won't pay to have another dealer perform Certification inspection they failed to do properly. Six weeks from purchase & still have no title for CASH deal! 2011 FJ Cruiser basically has worthless certification. Live 200 miles away & local dealer cannot do work unless they prepay due to bad collection history. Randy Brooks refuses to authorize certification inspection by local dealer, even though BTT fraudulently represented to Toyota corporate that car passed Certified inspection. LIARS & FRAUDS! No reasoning with this person who obviously lacks ability to deliver any modicum of service. Incidentally, we are only talking about a $530 bill for the inspection! Laughable & maddening situation! I will never buy anything from BTT again! More

They were straight forward with choices that were well within our payment range. Our sales person Raquel stayed extra-long hours showing us many wonderful choices; she is a true professional with negations and answered all of our questions and concerns during and after the purchase. Even a month later she keeps in contact to be sure we are happy with the cars. I would recommend my friends and family to Raquel if they ever are in the car market. Bob Tyler Toyota was the first dealership I came to going south on hwy 29 just before entering car city. I asked my daughter to pull in there and I would begin my search for a new vehicle. She inquired about the reason for my visit and I replied beginning my search for an .SUV. she invited my 87 yr old Mom and daughter to wait in the comfort of the lobby while she assisted me. Sheila listened without interruption as I gave her everything from my needs to the color choice I woulld like. She said I can help you with that let's begin over here. At the end of our walk around the car lot she had diligently and kindly allowed me the time to decide that a Venza met my needs. We talked about my price range and after much hard work by her and 2 managers I drove my 2012 Venza home tonight. My sincerest thanks to Sheila, an. Employee that Bob Tyler Toyota can be very proud of, needless to say should I be in need of a vehicle in the future Bob Tyler Toyota will be my first stop and Sheila Moore will be the person I ask for. Had not purchased a new vehicle in 14 years...so dreaded going through that ordeal...Jason asked questions, I gave answers and in a few minutes we were looking at new cars. Found one...we sat in the car and he explained some of the bells and whistles...then I test drove it. He explained more of the key features and I was sold. During our conversations, I had expressed my budget thoughts for monthly payment amounts, so when he came back with the numbers on the new car, it was outside that range. Since he was aware of my budget restrictions, he had worked up another option on a 2012 model. This fell into that range and after looking at that car, we came to a deal. I was dreading buying a used truck because every time I have purchased a vehicle in the past there was always some kind of problem with what the dealer was to deliver. Not in this case. The truck had some cigarette burns in the carpet below the ashtray. The salesman said they could be repaired & I would never know the difference. I couldn't believe it when I picked it up. No burns. It was repaired & you would never know it had been there. Everyone at the dealership was so helpful. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from Bob Tyler Toyota. I will also recommend them to my friends & family. Thank You! More
