I probably spent a total of 2 hours at the dealership before I drove away in a used Yaris. I love my new car, and I love the service and knowledge at my local Bob Tyler Toyota. I especially love how stress-free the whole experience was. I walked...no DROVE...away, understanding everything and secure in knowing that I made a fantastic deal. Great Experience (For the most part) I bought a 2010 Toyota Tacoma with approximately 55K miles through the USAA car buying service. The USAA service referred me to Bob Tyler Toyota for t I bought a 2010 Toyota Tacoma with approximately 55K miles through the USAA car buying service. The USAA service referred me to Bob Tyler Toyota for the vehicle I was looking for. My 2001 Ford Ranger engine went out which put me in a rush to get a new vehicle within a few days. The Positives: - Salesperson Robin Overbay did an exceptional job! I had my two kids with me and get them every other weekend, so time is precious. Robin offered to get lunch for the kids and even gave up one of her cereal bars because my girl mentioned she was hungry. Additionally, Robin and one of her associates gave us a ride to Crestview as I had to return my rental car. I'm going to assume she had to get approval from her supervisor, so many thanks to him/her for allowing her to do this. I know time is money in the sales business, so I really appreciated that. Way to go Robin, great job!!! - I brought in the paperwork from USAA and the dealership stayed true to their word in the price given by USAA. The Negatives: - The truck smelled like the previous owner had been a dog owner. Robin took care of that in ensuring the smell was gone before I rolled out. Not a big deal, just not something I was expecting. - Discovered next day the cruise control and one of the parking lights did not work. As it was a certified vehicle, I took it back and they immediately fixed it with no questions asked nor me having to pay for it. I appreciated there were no mountains to climb to get this done but still a little disappointed issues surfaced within a day. I live in Crestview by the way. The question now looms in my mind if there are other things that may not be right. Only time will tell. Overall it was a great experience, especially given the personal circumstances I was in at the moment. More

Very unsatified customer We purchased a 2010 Chevrolet HHR in October 2013 from Bob Tyler Toyota. 3 months after purchase the power steering pump went out so I called and lef We purchased a 2010 Chevrolet HHR in October 2013 from Bob Tyler Toyota. 3 months after purchase the power steering pump went out so I called and left the sales manager a message to call me since the car had an "inspection" before we purchased it but still to this day have not received a phone call back. We also purchased the Car Care Service Plan. I was reluctant to purchase the service plan since I do not live in Pensacola but was assured by the sales manager that Pep Boys would honor this program so we purchased it. I went to Pep Boys to use the Car Care Service Plan yesterday and they have never heard of the plan and do not except it. Very unhappy and will never recommend Bob Tyler to anyone I know. More

She even took the time to show me how to use the backup camera. They didn't have the exact Camry I wanted on the lot so they ordered it for me. When I came to pick it up Sheila had everything ready to go, full tank of gas, set up my Bluetooth, called my insurance, etc. I got a really good deal on the Camry from the manager, David.. It was not stressful, and there was not a lot of back and forth haggling on the price. It was actually very easy, I would definitely recommend this dealership! And make sure to ask for Sheila! More
