First time car buyer As a first time car buyer, I did not look forward to going to a dealership and being hassled or pressured. Never once did I feel that way at Bob Tyler Toyota. It helped that I went in knowing what kind of vehicle I was interested in. Salee was eager to assist and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I've even contacted her since I purchased my car to ask additional questions. She was still so very willing to help! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More
Great service! I came in looking for something very specific! I was low on finances and Phillip Walker, my salesman, was absolutely amazing! I didn't find exactly what I wanted at Bob Tyler and wanted to continue my search at other dealerships, but quickly realized that I wasn't getting the service anywhere else I did at Bob Tyler with Phillip. He put up with me for two days of looking through the lot, and at the end of my long search, he still had a smile on his face! I would have been irritated with mylsef, but he was amazing. I left Bob Tyler with my new car and Phillip will be the reason I return to Bob Tyler in the future! More
Toyota 4Runner replay.. Went into for a service on a black 2012 4Runner and ended up getting a 2016 white 4Runner........Don't quite know how it all happened but as an older Went into for a service on a black 2012 4Runner and ended up getting a 2016 white 4Runner........Don't quite know how it all happened but as an older widow with one vehicle, it made sense to have a new car with lots of service for years to come . Everyone was very nice and professional , especially Craig Bullington. Charla Palmer was sweet and competent - you have a great team! Also Joe Barzelay made it even more fun .....thank you for all. Her sales manager Michael Campb We stopped by looking to purchase a vehicle on a Friday. We met Linzie Young. She did everything she could to help us! Her sales manager Michael Campbell came and discussed what we' were looking for and how much we were willing to spend. He said he would see what he could find,if we gave him some time and returned another day. We made an appointment for the following Wednesday. When we arrived he had not had time to find any thing new. We decided to look at another type vehicle. We even looked at "used" with an internet price of 25,899. He told Linzie we could be OTD at 33,000 and we needed tires because they were bald! Mr Campbell was not interested in helping us or helping Linzie make a sell. He was busy. We have purchased two cars from Bob Tyler in the past. One certified used and one new. As a retuning customer with cash, their unwillingness to work with us has convinced us to take our business elsewhere. More
Great Deal, Great Experience. This was my first time at Bob Tyler Toyota, and this was my first ever pleasant car buying experience. I think a lot of that was because of Holly Pric This was my first time at Bob Tyler Toyota, and this was my first ever pleasant car buying experience. I think a lot of that was because of Holly Price. Holly went above and beyond in making sure I got a good deal and left in a vehicle. She was very polite, down to earth, and seemed genuine both in her enjoyment of her job as well as in helping me through the entire process. In addition to Holly's excellent customer service, hard work, and attention to detail, the facility was nice, well maintained and clean. I came in with specific criteria that wasn't easy to meet, and Bob Tyler Toyota was able to accommodate my needs. I will be back when I'm ready to make another vehicle purchase, and I'll be asking for Holly Price. More

The 3 sales gals (Salee, Elizabeth, and Holly all extremely willing to answer all questions and go the extra mile to assist in the purchase of the Prius. Even Mr. Tyler himself went above and beyond with the transaction of making sure I received customer satisfaction. All were very friendly, courteous, helpful and willing to get the answer if they didn't know. Honesty, is the best policy and that's what I got GREAT SERVICE. More
