Toyota 4Runner replay.. She was very polite, down to earth, and seemed genuine both in her enjoyment of her job as well as in helping me through the entire process. In addition to Holly's excellent customer service, hard work, and attention to detail, the facility was nice, well maintained and clean. I came in with specific criteria that wasn't easy to meet, and Bob Tyler Toyota was able to accommodate my needs.
