Chris Jenkins and Sarah Cagle went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle of me dreams. I was looking for a rare Toyota TRD PRO in cement color (approx 100 made). Chris and Sarah worked tirelessly to meet my request. I was given a very fair value on my trade in as well as on the purchase price for the truck. I was kept up to date with information as procurement advanced... There was no games or tricks. They delivered exactly what I wanted in a manner every consumer hopes for. Everyone from sales, maintenance and finance Were friendly, knowledgeable and assisted throughout the entire process. I'm extremely happy and will recommend them to friends and family in the future. Thanks guys!! More

He never gave me a straight up answer was i going to b able to trade my vehicle in or not. I didn't know if i needed more cash down or what the problem was. I had much better luck when i came in the first time and purchased the vechile i have now. I will be going somewhere else i will never return there ever again i waisted time and still haven't got a call or aa direct answer. I believe in conducting business the right way. Also whoever Shawn was he was waiting on an answer from him. I am very upset but I know never to go to bob Tyler again More

I was going thru a car buying service and talking with several dealers. The Bob Tyler team initial offer beat all the others as well as communicating a desire to "work the numbers". Chris Jenkins did a stellar job with the sales manager (Sarah Cagle) to meet my price goal. From the welcome sign with our name on it when we arrived to the full tank of gas when we pulled out, the entire staff was courteous, competent, and genuinely concerned to give us the best car buying experience. Highly recommend, you won't be sorry! More

Went in for service, drove out with a 2nd vehicle! Took my Highlander in for service and walked passed a pre-owned BMW Z4 convertible on the lot. After a conversation about the pros and cons of owning Took my Highlander in for service and walked passed a pre-owned BMW Z4 convertible on the lot. After a conversation about the pros and cons of owning a convertible and a test drive, I ended up leaving the dealership with 2 vehicles! The sales person, Craig, worked with me to get the best price and even looked up several sites to verify the fair market value of the vehicle. The rest of the process was painless and hassle free. I left the dealership with tags on my freshly washed vehicle. Craig drove my Highlander home for me so I was able to get both vehicles back to my house the same night. A painless, professional experience when buying a pre-owned vehicle. Would recommend both Bob Tyler Toyota and Craig to anyone looking to make a pre-owned purchase. More
Make the drive to Daphne or Ft. Walton for more selection We've been working on our credit to buy a new house but our car is showing signs of it's age. We decided to get preapproval for a loan before heading We've been working on our credit to buy a new house but our car is showing signs of it's age. We decided to get preapproval for a loan before heading out to look for a vehicle. I'd found a heck of a deal on a used corolla in new orleans and wanted to test drive one before heading all the way to new orleans to make sure it was a comfortable driver. I told the salesman up front that we we're looking for a low miles used corolla s and ended up showing him the quote for the vehicle I was looking at elsewhere and gave him the preapproval letter. I told him if they could beat the deal I'd stay in town. He immediately said we should go new because payments would be lower I wasn't amused but told him I wanted to drive an s anyway to see if it's something I even really wanted. He gets my husband's license gives my husband the keys my husband drives it and then when we get back to the dealership he tells my husband let's go in and make a deal on this car... I end up flagging them down going back into the dealership to ask if I could at least sit in the driver seat... -_- He tells me when we get back inside (even though I'm still telling him I don't want the car we test drove, it's the wrong color and an SE not the S I wanted to see he tells me it's the same thing that they've just renamed them. My best guess is that the s was a special edition and they don't have anymore, but I'm being sold a line.) He tells me that he needs to run a credit app I tell him no I brought in a preapproval he tells me they have to run my credit anyway at the dealership I am confused I already sent my loan company all my info including proof of income. I told him our credit was in recovery He tells me Toyota is offering zero percent interest as long as I've made all my last 12 payments on time. I'm still upset and unsure he gets his manager who backs up his tale about having to run my credit. I tell her they can run it but only to submit it to Toyota and the company my preapproval was from. He comes back tells us our beacon scores and I'm sick my husband's score has crested what it had to do that we could start looking for a house and I'd thought it was 20 pts lower. I'm beyond thankful that I stuck to only letting them run the credit for the companies I'd deemed necessary. I leave that night given a number for what my payment will be and told that he will find us the correct color by the next day. 11am I still haven't heard from the sales person and we head to town. He calls and says he hasn't located my vehicle yet no problem I've got time. My husband starts talking about another model of vehicle that he'd like to look at since they are struggling finding what we we're looking for so we head down to the dealership to check out what he wanted to look at we find one and test drive it... again I'm ignored in the test drive process this time I'm less annoyed because now we are shopping for something he wanted... but rubbed the wrong way because of the previous day. They sit down to talk numbers and I go out to sit in the seat of the vehicle he test drove to make sure I can see out of it. When I come back in the salesperson hands my husband a deal they'd drawn up the day before that we weren't shown the payment is $50 dollars higher than I told him our max was with a higher interest rate than my preapproval and then I see what infuriates me. It's with a third bank I blow my lid, telling him that I gave them specific permission, and not to run my credit app through 15 different banks. He tells me he'd let anyone pull his credit and let it get hit as many times as it needs to be when he's shopping that the fair credit reporting act changed so that hits don't matter... I've watched my score for many years I know how the hits effect a report. My phone rang I'm done being talked down to and overlooked and having my wishes ignored I step outside to take the call and don't return my husband says he told them the payments were just too high and left too. So... If you got to the end... If you're a woman shopping with a man or concerned about your score don't bother with Bob Tyler. A few days later... Bob Tyler called and talked to my husband instead of me. Called me a while later and told me that he'd talked to my husband and they were going to get things worked out, he'd have a new shipment of cars coming in. I agreed to come back in. They called to tell me a day or two later that my car had come in, and I drove down to the dealership to see what they'd planned out. My salesman hugged me when I walked back in and he took the embarrassed startled look on my face to mean amusement, he said "you can't even be mad" I'm sure that he was doing the best that he could at this point. He was certainly not the problem any longer it's a dealership-wide problem that selection is mediocre and apparently Bob would even rather deal with the man of the house... *SMH* The cars that came in were not at all the car I was looking for. Mostly what was on the lot at this point was the 2016's that no one wanted. Everyone here acted like I HAD TO buy a new car. I came in looking for a new car because I saw a pretty color and wanted a change not because I HAD TO get out of what I was driving. They were supposedly giving me a "no profit deal" to get my payments where I wanted them, and telling me to just settle for a car I didn't want. I left telling them we'd be back the next day, because truly we drove down to look at one car that we expected Bob had picked out himself to make a deal on because of the previous experience, only to sit in the waiting area forever while they "looked" for the car that supposedly came in, and after 4 more hours in the dealership and fruitless attempts at locating something that was suitable my husband who goes to work at 1am had to go home to get in bed. After going home and reflecting on sales deal I was offered and the fact that I still wasn't getting the deal that I wanted and I wasn't happy with any of the colors or options I was shown I realized exactly this... "I didn't HAVE TO buy a new car" and I certainly didn't HAVE TO buy it from this dealership. I decided to check out the other two local-ish Toyota dealerships and located another Blue S Corolla all by myself at Eastern Shore where I went, found a huge lot with a terrific selection, a salesman that didn't ignore me and understood that I was the one buying the car and I just wanted my spouse's opinion and support while he accompanied me. I ended up making a great deal beating Bob's no profit deal all while getting the exact color and make I wanted. Without anyone trying to stuff me in something I wasn't really interested in. I'm thrilled with the car I bought, and got just exactly what I wanted. Moral of this story if you're here and they can't make you happy check Ft. Walton and Daphne Toyota it's worth the drive to get what you're looking for. My phone rang just yesterday another salesman recycling a lead from truecar where I price checked corolla's about 2 or 3 weeks ago now. This is after I've already informed multiple people at the dealership that I'd purchased a car elsewhere. More

The servi My family bought a new 2016 Toyota Tundra. I have had problems with it from the day I brought it home. Three months now and still not fixed. The service department damaged my rims during one of my visits and they have done everything to avoid replacing them. They have not been truthful in their dealings with my wife and I. $42k + vehicle and not a single day has been a pleasurable experience with buying or owning a Bob Tyler vehicle; just the opposite. So greived with our purchase; and much more with the Bob Tylers. I gave one star for all, but I Would not have if I was able to give none. Honestly. Best hopes for you all who read this. Thanks. More
