Best customer service I've ever received at a car dealer I took my 2017 Tacoma in for a warranty issue with a leak which caused mold inside my truck. They fixed the problem and even touched up a small scratc I took my 2017 Tacoma in for a warranty issue with a leak which caused mold inside my truck. They fixed the problem and even touched up a small scratch I had on my front bumper from where a golf cart hit my truck and left the scene of the accident for free. They said they did it because they felt bad I had such issues with a 6 month old truck on my warranty claim. I would've never expected such from a car dealer. Thanks Bob Tyler you now have a new customer for life. More

Let me tell you what's wrong about Bob Tyler Toyota. Their slogan Fast fair Friendly and Fun is completely opposite as they are slow and lazy, racist & denominator, unfriendly and absolutely not fun! Bob Tyler is a liar himself. Been here for 7 years, bought car from them with a lot of pain, thought over the years, they will improve, NOT!!! Had I not been pushed by the finance person to buy the crappy service package, I would never ever step into this hellhole! I am almost there, coupon book is almost gone, then NEVER EVER again into any TOYOTA! Another lie you'll hear, shuttle? what shuttle? It's a complete joke. I was told once to wait, it's coming, 30 minutes later I was informed that it's in Panama area and will be here soon. I bought 4 tires that day from them and asked them about shuttle. As I heard they lied, I returned the tires and left! More
