Had a great experience although it started off poorly I first tried to buy a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid. We agreed upon a vehicle and a price and I thought that I was going to get the car very soon. However, that vehicle, which was owned by another dealer was sold out from under my dealer. Thus my deal was dead. I got a tickler email a month or two later asking if I was still interested in buying a car from Bob Thomas. I indicated I was if they could find a similar car. I got a call back from Tony Oliva, the representative I had dealt with earlier saying that he had found a 2017 Fusion hybrid. Suffice it to say the dealership sold me the later model car at virtually the same price as the 2016 and I picked it up yesterday. All throughout the dealership and especially Tony worked on my behalf and I couldn't be happier with the sale. I recommend Tony and the dealership very highly. More
