He was very personable, polite, and responsive. On my first visit, he couldn't be there but connected me to Joe Capone. Everyone was extremely professional. After purchasing the car, I got it home & found a problem with the sun roof. Tony was ready for me the very next morning with the solution and a rental for use until the car was repaired.
