Body Shop I had taken my 2010 chevy camaro SS to these clowns because the last company that tried to repair my car couldnt seem to get it right. After the 3rd t I had taken my 2010 chevy camaro SS to these clowns because the last company that tried to repair my car couldnt seem to get it right. After the 3rd time I figured I would take it to an actual chevy dealership to get it done right. My car was in an accident with a garbage truck. My insurance was paying for it. The first time I took my car to this body shop at Bob Steele my adjuster gave me the ok. The body shop told me to bring it in on thursday which i did, they didnt touch my car thursday, or friday. When I called them they said they havent started on it yet. Well, since i was renting a car i went back to the dealership and demanded my car back because they dont work weekends and i didnt want to pay for the rental over the weekend since my car was just sitting there. When i got there it was still sitting in the same spot it was when i left it there. I told them i would bring it back on monday morning. Monday rolled around and i took my car there before they even opened. The bodyshop girl named katie told me that they couldn't reach geico concerning my car so they wouldn't be able to take it at that time. I was upset to say the least, I called my adjuster and she told me that katie was suppose to call me to set up a new appointment. Well, she never called so I called her. She told me that her next available appointment was not for another month. What could I do.... I said ok. My appointment finally rolled around and I took my car there. I left it there and was told it would take about a week to do. After a week went by I called them and they said they were working on it. Then about half way into the following week I called them and asked what was going on. Katie told me that they fixed my front nose cone, they where removing the orange peel, and also said was reattaching my spoiler because it was falling off. I then asked her what about the side marker light they were supposed to replace. She said it was on order and they haven't received it yet. After I got off the phone with her I called the parts department at the same dealership and asked if they had the side marker light in stock. The parts guy said yes. I asked him how long it has been in stock and he said for a long time. So she flat out lied to me about it. I was pissed so I went to the dealership to retrieve my car done or not. Come to find out that they did nothing to the car..... Ive been renting for a week and half and they have done zero to my car. These people are liars and frauds. Im not done with them yet. Complete customer dissatisfaction at its highest. More

I love my zippy Chevy Cruze 6-speed standard shift, so I believe in preventative maintenence. More

Horrible Service Dept This is my 2nd visit to the service dept for my current vehicle and both times have been a fiasco. Just a brief description of my 1st experience, they had to order a part for my car and told me it was being sent overnight and to bring it in 1st thing the next morning, which I did. I dropped it off and asked her to call me when my car was repaired. The entire day goes by and I hear nothing so I call an hour before closing time and ask if my car is done and I'm told "I'm sorry, your part didn't come in today" WHAT?!?! You've had the car all day and nobody bothered to call me and tell me so I could have picked my car up and been using it?!?!! That's visit #1. Today was visit #2. I called yesterday and asked if they had an available appointment for today and was told sure! I drop the car off at 8:15 this morning with 5 things for them to do. At 4 this afternoon, I get a call and I'm told that the only 2 things that they accomplished was an oil change and nitrogen in my tires. I say to the service guy, so you've had my car all day and that's all you did? He had every excuse under the sun. Only 4 techs working today. So many appointments today bla bla bla. I asked why you're taking so many appointments and over booking. He had a bs excuse. He then proceeds to tell me that an appt is just for them to look at my car? WHAT? This isn't rocket science, I make an appointment to bring my car in to GET IT REPAIRED. He just went on and on with more bs. He even had the nerve to tell me that he told me this morning that my car might not be ready today? Ummmmm NO you did not tell me that because had you, I would have driven off. He then asks if I wanna speak to the service manager? WHY WOULD I WANNA SPEAK TO THE SERVICE MANAGER WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES ALLOWING THIS PLACE TO BE RUN SO POORLY?!?!! Duh! I went inside and asked for the General Manager but naturally he wasn't in. I must say, this has to be one of the worst, if not THE worst run service departments I've ever seen. I'll take the ride down to Melbourne from here on out cuz this place is a poorly run zoo in my opinion. More
