I always have a good experience at Bob Steele! Flood was my advisor & took good care of me. Always like to visit Leona at the front desk! She is delightful! We purchased our Chevrolet Travers from Bob Steele and take it there for service. I made and appointment for servive to have the wheel alignment for 9:00AM on May 31, 2024. We arrived at 8:45AM and was told it would take an hour or two. At noon I as if my vehicle was finished since I saw it parked near the garage. I was told they had not got to it yet. When I ask to speak to the service manage and I ask why we make an appointment I was told that was so we could meet service advisor. I would not recommend Bob Steele if you expect service advisors to communicate with you. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with the service after the sale.at Bob Steele Chevrolet. I let management know in writing and have never heard one word! I directed my concern to Mr Olson by email. More
Bad Experience. I am here still waiting for a shuttle. I dropped my car off yesterday at 9:30 a.m. never heard back from the service dept. I called and finally someone answered they said my car was done but they are closed now. Oh well right ? They left me stranded. When I bought the new car i paid for some add on which one of them is a car rental, they never offered me. I am elderly woman with health issues and left me without a car or a way back to pick up my car. I had a doctor's appointment but now I can't make it on account of service techs at bob Steele. They just have excuses. Also, they never found the problem I am having with my vehicle that I bought 5 months ago NEW! The service rep Sage was useless. He knew I was calling him but never answered. What is wrong with customer service now days?? I will never buy another Chevy or go there again. Warning to you. I believe the Sales and service dept are in cahoots together in being deceitful, shame on them. What a bad experience! Oh, the reason I went to bob Steele in the first place on account they had a sale ad for a malibu but after i got there they said it was a mistake. hmm.. I am elderly woman and felt I was pressured to buying a more expensive car and with problems they don't fix. Very deceitful dealership. Their rating at BBB is really awful and very bad reviews on dealerrater.com and Facebook. I wished I would have looked them up before buying there. ah 28 hours later finally got my car. Bob Steele do better! More

I got my 2020 Colorado back at 12:47PM. Do the math, a $79.95 coupon does not come to $90.84. My last oil change, the total was $81.41. Witch was great. I expected a little more, they honored their coupon and then some. Bob steel has lowered themselves to using false advertising to get customers. The coupon says it includes a tire rotation, which did not happen and they did not even check the tire pressure. Dustin my service writer was great and did what he could. To surmise Bob STEEL Chevrolet is not even honoring their own coupons and I would not recommend them for service at all. More

Opened it up & found a wrench was left inside & when the tech shut the hood the wrench bent the engine bay. Sent pics to service advisor & he never responded. Fixed it myself for less than half of what they charged me. Shameful. Will NEVER bring another vehicle here. More
Excellent service, got to my car very fast, diagnosed the issue and repaired as quick as possible. They explained to me everything being done and why it got that way and what needed to be done to be repaire issue and repaired as quick as possible. Andrew and Sage were very communicative with me and reached out in person or text throughout my visit. even though I was there for 4-5 hours, I knew where they were in the process throughout the repair, I did sneak off to Sams for a few hours. I purchased a used car in 12/20 on the very next day it wouldn't start. The alternator needed to be replaced and the on board computer had to be reprogrammed. Since then both of the control arms had to be replaced, alignments had to be done numerous times, the compressor had to be replaced, the condenser and the evaporator have to be replaced, the moon roof was damaged, the check engine light will not turn off, the traction control is not working, a sensor on the block causes it to shift roughly AND customer service will offer at most 100 dollars off an over $5,000 cost for repairs. Not only that they want 3300 dollars to just fix the a/c issues when right down the street quoted more than 1,000 dollars less for the same jobs. The shop manager continues to apologize for all that has gone wrong on the car, but after promising to look into it, he never called back despite 2 voicemails. Upon finally getting a hold of him, he pretty much said, "I apologize for all that you're going thru," but too bad. There was a check mark on my diagnostic sheet and that told him he already resolved the issues. HA! He still has yet to send me the Diagnostic information he promised to send. An oil changed took 3.5 hours because the person I was dealing with went to lunch and I couldn't get my car until they came back. Upon the last visit, my car sat at the end of the car wash for over 45 mins. even after I asked to get my car and leave. STAY AWAY FROM STEELE CHEVROLET. More
Twice I’ve made an apprenticeship for service. Twice I’ve been put off due to then not getting it going and instead lie to you and delay you. Now two weeks later and I was told they will get it done as soon as one part gets there next day but then call said part not there called back there are other cars ahead of you now and all parts there delay delay lie lie Last time it was in they scratched the fender on passenger side and I didn’t say anything but you can clearly see it from the fender cover they used had something on it. Don’t care because it’s been two weeks and still not done. If you are counting on them to get it done or processed go to another dealer the number two rated is in Melbourne not the 65th 2 1/4 star rated dealer for everything especially service they just don’t care More
