Thanks for reaching out to me. I will email you. It is a bummer it took me getting on here and talking about my horrible experiance to get anyone to talk to me. Left a message with Mike Kelly the service manager on Monday and I still haven’t heard back from him. I have taken my truck to another shop already first and foremost to find out about my ac “leak” that suddenly happened while in Bob stalls shop . I talked to another Chevy dealership along with other technicians and the said they suck out the freon to install and egr valve and they are suspect that it was never replaced. Hopefully that is not the case and I truly have a leak. If I did have a leak that the technician noticed I don’t understand why I was notified prior to pick up and told about it so I could have it fixed by Bob stall. This one of the many issues I’m having the other shop look into. Thank you
