Two times in a row the service department forgot to reset the oil service indicator. This can be frightening to a young person who thinks the time has expired for service. I called the service department and he said manager was gone for the week. Sure, right. I was doing this on behalf of my daughter who just got out of surgery. To make things worse a salesperson called her as she was leaving the hospital and even though she was groggy and ill tried to pressure her to trade when she was coming in for the oil change that was 4200 miles early. Matt Rodecamp is probably the only honest person in there. Great way to lose business when she does trade! More

I have a 2020 Kia Sorrento that I purchased from Bob Sight Kia 11 months ago. I love my salesman. Too bad I cannot say the same for their Service Department. I had an oil change today. After it was finished I was told to wait a few minutes for the cashier to come so I could pay. I sat in the waiting room 23 more minutes and then walked downstairs to the lady that had been helping me and said "the cashier never came. Someone needs to help me now or I am just leaving." She went upstairs with me and checked me out (she said it was her first time). I should have just left without paying. I could have easily. Nobody should have to wait the same amount of time to pay as it takes to get their oil changed. I will probably change KIA dealerships for my KIA service going forward. I also asked them to check and see if my oil was low prior to changing it and they did not. More
Went in for a problem with the brakes on my 18 Sorento. The service adviser started out hinting that whatever was going on might not be covered by the warranty? They found the front rotors were warped at 2 The service adviser started out hinting that whatever was going on might not be covered by the warranty? They found the front rotors were warped at 28,000 miles. Then proceeded to tell me the rotors were wear items and not covered past 12,000 miles. I felt that it should have been covered and asked to speak to a regional rep. They refused and provided me with a customer service phone number for Kia. Charged me to turn the rotors and falsely claimed on the paperwork they replaced the front brake pads. Unwilling to even try to help a customer who has came in for service and parts for years. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. After this experience I have decided this will be my last Kia. More
