Excellent, honest employees I have had my vehicle for about 2 1/2 years and always bring it to this dealer for service. They are always professional and take care of my needs in I have had my vehicle for about 2 1/2 years and always bring it to this dealer for service. They are always professional and take care of my needs in a timely manner. I brought my vehicle for a full detail and oil change. I thought I had cleaned out all of my personal items but when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was surprised to see our tablet laying in the front seat along with other misc items I had missed. I had no idea the tablet was in the car and would've never known if the employees had stolen it. I was beyond impressed with their professionalism and integrity. Even the pocket change was placed in the front seat. I was also very pleased with how well they detailed my car. Looks better than the day that I bought it! I could not be happier with the work done. I will always go back to this dealer for all my needs. More

We are "happy" with the KIA 08 Sorento. But i have a problem with the ESC light always being on. It is sluggish in acceleration as well. However, no one in the service could figure it out and the have a problem with the ESC light always being on. It is sluggish in acceleration as well. However, no one in the service could figure it out and they tell me the two are not related. I disagree. I noticed on the internet that this is a huge problem with these vehicles and apparently no one can get it fixed at their dealerships either. Maybe this should initiate a recall. It is a serious hazard and could get someone killed. Would i buy another one?? not sure. I like the car, but this problem needs to be addressed by the company. More

Jim Elsloo saw us and ask This is our 4th Kia. We had taken our 07 Sorento in for a recall issue and decided to look at new vehicles while we waited. Jim Elsloo saw us and asked if he could help. After we said yes, he asked if we had been working with anyone else. I thought that was pretty cool, not trying to waste anyone's time. Jim was very nice and attentive to what we wanted in a vehicle and what we needed. He explained all the incentives that were going on at the time as well as new safety features that were available. Jim was very knowledgeable about their products. It didn't feel like he was trying to sell us a vehicle but more like we were having a discussion about the vehicles we were interested in hear more about. the test drive was great, again Jim knew his stuff. We had a set price we were willing to spend and a payment limit that could not budge. We really didn't expect them to be able to meet our budget requirements but we got a great interest rate and our payments and loan terms were well within our budget limits. Overall it was a good experience and I recommend Bob Sight Kia to everyone. More
