I have used the service department several times for oil changes, maintenance and new tires. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The prices are reasonable, and I was given an unexpected rebate on my m changes, maintenance and new tires. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I had a problem with my Freestar Air Conditioner - no cooling on driver side, too much on passenger side - uncontrollable. They replaced the compressor and some other parts and got it working in 3 days cooling on driver side, too much on passenger side - uncontrollable. They replaced the compressor and some other parts and got it working in 3 days (Had to wait one day for a new compressor and a servo for a door). The first servo was bad so had to wait another day for a replacement. Two days later I had to go back because the same problem was back. They reset the system and it has performed flawlessly for almost a year. During the entire time, I was kept informed of progress; I had my car to use while waiting on parts and I received a free car wash. I have been buying my cars and having them serviced at Bob Sight Ford since 1998 and I refuse to go anywhere else. More
The service (everyone) is courteous, knowledgeable, follow up on your cars situation is outstanding, they do what they promise, and I also feel they are telling you the truth. Bob Sight Ford is a consistantly reliable and friendly place to do business. Their convenient location is near US highway 50 and Chipman Road in Lee's Summit and is easy to access and egress. We only buy our cars and trucks from Bob Sight and only place to have them serviced. We have been going to Bob Sight for at least 20 years. The service, people, and quality of work is fantastic. Great help in resolving tailgate closing issue on our 2008 Expedition. The gate wants to close on its own, unexpectedly, when opened. Troy helped me to arrange to have Ford replace the struts a second 2008 Expedition. The gate wants to close on its own, unexpectedly, when opened.
