I had a problem with my Freestar Air Conditioner - no cooling on driver side, too much on passenger side - uncontrollable. They replaced the compressor and some other parts and got it working in 3 days cooling on driver side, too much on passenger side - uncontrollable. They replaced the compressor and some other parts and got it working in 3 days (Had to wait one day for a new compressor and a servo for a door). The first servo was bad so had to wait another day for a replacement. Two days later I had to go back because the same problem was back. They reset the system and it has performed flawlessly for almost a year. During the entire time, I was kept informed of progress; I had my car to use while waiting on parts and I received a free car wash. I have been buying my cars and having them serviced at Bob Sight Ford since 1998 and I refuse to go anywhere else. More
