The Definition of Crooks I bought a certified used car at what I thought was a fair deal in January. Traded in my car and paid the remaining in cash on the spot. The dealership took until April to finally mail me the title to my new car, and this was after speaking to multiple people all through the Rohrman chain. Come July, I see that my bumper pops off away from the fender and my local body shop concludes that the car's bumper had been repaired, and repaired badly. The dealer told me that the car has never been sold since it was a demo and the owner from the Carfax was the dealership taking ownership. Not only that, after taking it to a local dealer for warranty, I was informed that the car is in fact not certified. Moral of the story. these people will do whatever sleazy tricks to sell you a car, completely disregarding your well being. I warn anyone who's considering buying a car from here to please look elsewhere, and even pay more to avoid these people. More

Very, Very Bad experience My son recently bought car from this dealership, after owning the car 3 months the motor went. We were told we would get new engine but found out it was rebuilt. lied...we were told the process to install the engine would be week. lied...the mechanic ended up quitting and car was sent t another Kia dealership for which their mechanic called himself repairing the car. Well, long story short, the engine was missing bolt, they didn't check the oil which cause major oil leaks, crack pipes. The car could have blown up at any given day while driving it. They showed no remorse or customer services, no one called. nothing. as if you bought it so you deal with it. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. They sell bad cars. More
