3 Time Repeat Customer! I purchased a 2022 Accent in January. When the 2023 Venue became available in the lot, I was immediately contacted by Mitch - who knew that I was I purchased a 2022 Accent in January. When the 2023 Venue became available in the lot, I was immediately contacted by Mitch - who knew that I was in the market for a larger, yet affordable vehicle as the Accent was just too small! Mitch took good care of me & answered all my questions! He made the deal happen ! The staff at this location always treat me like family & make me feel comfortable. One item of note - when the monthly payment wasn’t where I preferred- Jason Parker made it happen - he always takes care of me! Kudos to Mitch, Jason and Tyler for another great experience at this dealer! I highly recommend the dealer for muddle-aged women such as myself because they will make you feel like family. Love my new 2023 Venue. More

This time, I traded in my old Lincoln for a newer model car with less miles. I was skeptical about the financing process because I felt like my payments and final costs were not explained to me. Also, I thought my salesperson did not give me any opportunity to look at other cars before having me sign paperwork so I walked away feeling like I was another sale. I came back and spoke to my salesperson and he apologized and showed me more options and then explained to me why he recommended the car. I walked away feeling a bit more confident in my trade-in and I love my new car. More

Salesman (Stan) was awesome, give him a 5* rating. This by far has been the worse experience from any car dealership that I have ever had. This dealership has had my car for over 3 weeks and have not called to provide any updates, not one time. When I call, I am placed on hold for extended periods of time and no one ever returns my call. My advisor was never in the loop and often times told me things that weren’t true. This dealership doesn’t work with any since of urgency. I would 100% not recommend this dealership. Run. Run. Run. I have been paying for a car rental for over 3 weeks and the only thing wrong with my vehicle is that I needed to have a couple of sensors replaced. The customer service is non existent. To be honest, everything they told me felt fabricated. For example, my advisor initially told me that since this was a motor issue, my car was being taken a part for complicated diagnostic work. I decided to ride by the dealership and saw my car parked in the parking lot. After speaking with the manager, the manager informed me that my car had not been touched and will not be touched until they received confirmation from Hyundai’s warranty department. The ironic part of this matter is that I’m due for an upgrade and the Sales Manager has consistently asked me to come in to look at new cars. WHY WOULD I EVER BY ANOTHER HYUNDAI IF IT TAKES OVER A MONTH FOR SERVICE WHICH COMES WITH xxxx POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE? More
