Larry was great! He was friendly and very personable! We had a 3 hour drive to the dealership and Larry kept in contact the whole way to ease the process when we got there. I sent my Highlander in for a recall notice and I was told that they found other issues with my vehicle. I figured I might as well fix them then and there so I had them fix it. After I picked up my vehic told that they found other issues with my vehicle. I figured I might as well fix them then and there so I had them fix it. After I picked up my vehicle I noticed that something didn’t seem right. When I started driving I kept hearing a clinging noise. My husband drove my Highlander to fill it up with gas and immediately he noticed the difference as well, without me telling him anything. I sent my Highlander back to get it checked and they said that they didn’t notice or hear anything. That same visit they apparently had to align my tires. I told them to proceed hoping that it would fix the noise but unfortunately the noise still persist. I had my son take my vehicle for a drive and he said that every time the vehicle drove over a bump he could hear what sounded like two metal pieces clashing. In the 4 years that I’ve owned my Highlander I’ve never heard it make this sound before. I’m not upset that I paid for all the extra work that they found and fixed on my vehicle, I’m just upset and disappointed that they didn’t hear what my family all heard and couldn’t fix the issue. More

They tucked and padded costs in the form of coverage terms. We ordered only 36 months of coverage. They charged for 60 months and said that they made this decision for us in case we wanted to buy the ve terms. We ordered only 36 months of coverage. Also, they did not provide a bill of sale or title affidavit for the vehicle I sold them. They used fabricated codes at the cashier desk to process my payoff remainder on the vehicle I sold them, labeling it a “down payment” (fake code “1234”) instead of a payoff. They corrected these errors only after I made many phone calls, text messages, emails. Finally, they corrected the matters, when I emailed the general manager, carbon copying all involved. I will not buy from them again, and I don’t like Toyota because of them. More
