In the past, I have had one "OK" experience, one absolutely horrible experience, and two exceptional experiences. The horrible experience made me swear I would never buy another car from them. However, I just went in to test drive a car that I intended to buy from any other dealer and was treated so well that I purchased the car from them. Their follow-up during and after the sale were extremely professional and friendly. It was truly the best purchasing experience I ever had when purchasing a car. I recently had my 4th experience with Rohrman, and it was just as good as the previous experience. Anthony Turner and Josh were helpful, knowledgeable of the product, and genuinely friendly. I was purchasing a relatively inexpensive used car, but I was treated as if I were buying the top of the line new vehicle. Anthony, in particular, made sure everything about the car I was purchasing was explained to me and followed up to be sure I was satisfied after the sale. Trey, the GM, also contacted me to be sure I was happy with my purchase. When I mentioned one small concern I'd had, he followed up within hours to see that the concern had been corrected to my satisfaction - I don't think you can ask for anything better than that kind of responsiveness. I am very pleased with my "new" used Prius, and would gladly recommend Anthony Turner, Josh, Trey, and Rohrman Toyota. More

Great Service I am from Illinois and was driving to Ohio when my Toyota Sienna broke down on I-65. I had it towed to Bob Rohrman but unfortunately, the car could n I am from Illinois and was driving to Ohio when my Toyota Sienna broke down on I-65. I had it towed to Bob Rohrman but unfortunately, the car could not be repaired. I dealt with Rich Gagnon, a service representative, and he kept me updated on the condition of the car before making a decision to buy a new car. He was extremely helpful and showed me in person the problem I had with the Sienna. He even gave me several options as to what I can do. After deciding to buy a new car, Eugene Long, a sales associate, then took me through the purchasing process. He showed us what was available and did not put any pressure on us. The entire staff knew of our situation and was extremely helpful. If I lived close to Lafayette, I would be purchasing another Toyota from Bob Rohrman. More

Larry listened to what I wanted and found the exact car that checked off all of my boxes (which wasn't that easy)! He truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. I felt no pressure and knew I was making the best decision. Larry even let me compare the Toyota I was interested in with a Honda, side by side in the car lot. It doesn't get much better than that! On a separate occasion, Larry made time to go over all of the gadgets and features in my new car. He even tagged all of the important pages in my car manual. Although these are things I could have done myself, having Larry take the time to do this really showed me that he truly cares about his customers. All in all- my experience was outstanding and I would recommend Larry as a salesman to anyone who is looking to buy a car!
