Bought a van advertised as still under factory warranty, Trevor was great to work with. Sadly the van two days later started smoking really badly out the exhaust. Took it back to the dealer, worked with Austin who bent over backwards to make me feel like he was helping me, they replaced a valve (we split the bill 50/50) and it seemed to solve the issue, except a week later the smoke returned worse. Returned it to Rohrman, and was told I needed the engine replaced. Started the warranty process with Toyota only to be denied a few times even after appeals and escalation. This went on for weeks. When Toyota denied the warranty, Rohrman offered to help me with the labor costs to put a new engine in the car or to trade the van in for another van for a few thousand dollar loss, plus the cost of a new van. I wanted them to take the van back, but as-is is as-is, even if you buy a car advertised with factory powertrain warranty left and it gets denied. I wasn’t asking Rohrman to take a huge loss, but it felt to me that I was losing huge in this scenario and there wasn’t much of an attempt to work with me to fix the situation. They were honestly some of the nicest people I’ve met in the industry. Too bad I had to go put an engine in the car myself and pay for it out of pocket. Maybe buying a new car here is ok, but I’m never going back to any Rohrman. Never buying Toyota again. Nice people who in the end didn’t help me. More
Help During Pandemic My 2002 Prius had a battery issue requiring assistance from AAA. Once they got the car started I drove straight to Bob Rohrman Toyota. Although the sign said they were closed, Austin took the car in for emergency repairs. I had my car back in just a few hours! The signs should make it clear that although it is closed for appointments and periodic maintenance, EMERGENCY REPAIRS may be possible. I almost drove away, thinking I might have to wait another week before I could get my issue taken care of when Austin appeared to help me. More

Customer service is poor. No willingness to make users feel comfortable. Besides a text, when asking for help, they would say they cannot help with needs or refer to find people from other departments to feel comfortable.
