Salesperson, though friendly, sold me a car that was not what I had indicated I needed. I am moving west, needed an AWD vehicle. Stressed that. Signed papers on car that wasn’t AWD. I should have been more circumspect, but trusted the salesperson. Had to return the car. I let the person know less than 24 hrs after the sale when it dawned on me what had happened. ( hadn’t picked up the car yet) We settled on another vehicle that had 35,000 more miles, Dealership kept it 10 more days and did fix some dents, scratches. Extended the warranty which I thought was part of the adjustment made for bad first deal. Turned out it cost me $2500. Might hv been my mistake for not being more attentive. When I picked up the car, part of the agreement was that it was to have been thoroughly detailed. It was not. Dirty inside. They took it for another hour and seemed to clean it up a bit. When I got home, there was dirt, food, between the seats and under the mats. The car will probably work out okay, but I did not feel good about the overall experience. More

Thank you for your great service. My only concern is that when I walked in not a single employee behind the desks (where customer checks in) was wearing a mask! Later, when I requested that people coming out to report to me wore masks, they went back and got them (one person in particular--don't remember name). So, he was very polite about getting the mask, but why on earth would I be having to request it for a face-to-face conversation at close range? More

It would not do anything except have a message in the message center My 2010 Toyota Prius died across the street from Rohrman Toyota at the Walmart. It would not do anything except have a message in the message center about a Hybrid Malfunction, so I had to have it towed to the Toyota dealership. Although I was possibly expecting a large financial cost (maybe needing the hybrid battery replaced because of 100K miles), it turned out to need the 12 volt battery replaced. The service department was also able to work some repairs under the car's warranty saving me a substantial amount of money. Trevor kept me informed during the entire repair process. More
